I wanna make a character that just goes all over in random directions just to see all there is to see. They worship the land, the sky, the beauty of the realms, and the desire to travel, but no idea what to make them in terms of class.
Well, if they are an adventurer they could be any class. Going against class norms is really fun.
If you want to do someone that warships the land and make that a mechanical thing, druids are super land baised, Nature Cleric and ancients paladin are very nature baised, and rangers can be very nature baised. Barbarians also have an inherent tie to nature because primal tribes.
The wanderer or far traveler background make for great adds to that too.
Hmmmmm maybe a warlock under contract with a neutral devil, Ik they're evil usually but my dm doesn't lock alignment to monsters and stuff, but this warlock wishes to be forgotten by most he meets, as he'll always leave them. He never stays too long,, so he'll only stay in contact with travelling companions... As long as they keep travelling with him.
Sounds like you've got a ranger or druid there if you wanna go traditional, but really that concept can work with any class. You wanna put more focus on the Background for this concept, something like Outlander or Far Traveller would work well.
Horizon Walker Ranger is thematically very fitting, but as others have said you have excellent options with just about any class. Barbarians tend to skirt around civilization, druids and rangers are obviously outdoorsy, clerics have a Nature domain, but bards can be travelling to always see what's over the next horizon, fighters could be former military with fond memories of overseas campaigns during their service, monks could be looking for places of great mystical, elemental, resonance and so on. Pick a class and find a tie to that free spirit, nature loving, wanderer background from there, I'd say.

I'd like to second bard. A travelling entertainer is a strong theme that can be easily modified to fit the kind of personality you're looking for. One of my favourite character types in fantasy is the travelling storyteller going from village to village spreading the news of the world, inspiring young heroes to set out on adventures of their own.
If you plan to stay away from civilization, which I find unlikely and unappealing, then I would go with a Ranger or a Druid for the love of the outdoors.
But since I don't think that is the sort of "Seeing the World" you have in mind, I would also throw in for a Bard. A bard has the best chance of meeting the best people under the best circumstances. You might ingratiate yourself to a noble and then get paid to travel delivering messages and sorting out misunderstandings among the nobility. And you get to spend your time meeting the most interesting people and deciding who you want to hang out with. Travelling with caravans can be pretty interesting as you get to meet folks from far flung areas and different cultures.

A circle of the land druid is a possibility.
A traveling bard. He loves to find stories that involve woodland spirits. (Lore bard with druid spells)
Storm sorcerer. He is fascinated with the power of mother Earth.
Wild fire druid. Possibly for the same reasons and storm sorcerer.
Totem barbarian. He worships the power of nature's children.
Alchemist artificer. He loves to see how mother nature can change the weave to fit it self and seeks to learn how to likewise.
