There is a code found within the essentials kit. You can redeem this code here to unlock the adventure contained within, plus three follow up adventures.
There are supposed to be adventures in the pack, but how can I benefit from the purchase and build my campaign? Thx in advance!
On this web site you are purchasing electronic versions of the books.
Once you have purchased the Essentials Kit, you can read the adventures. You will find that all the monsters and other rules are linked directly from the adventure text (which isn't the case if you were to purchase the physical paper books).
I have purchuased my physical Essential Kit box 2 weeks ago from Amazon, and it contains no code as well. Still, you can check out the digital adventure modules here on DnDBeyond for the follow-up adventures that you can purchuase separately or in a bundle as well. I bought my bundle way before I have ordered the physical one, but I was wondering why it did not contain any access for the follow-up quests too.
They've stopped issuing codes with the Essentials Kit, unfortunately.

If you're still a bit lost, the adventure that comes with the Essentials Kit is Dragon of Icespire Peak, which is designed to take players' characters from level 1 through to about level 7. You'll now have access to it here on D&D Beyond via the Sources menu (look under Adventures), or just click on the linked title. Assuming you bought the digital Essentials Kit bundle, then you'll also have access to the further digital-only adventures that follow on from it. Those are Storm Lord's Wrath (level 7-9), Sleeping Dragon's Wake (level 9-10) and Divine Contention (levels 11-12); to find those you can click on those links or use the "View All" link next to the Featured Adventures heading in the Sources menu.
You can build a campaign around these adventures, which are all designed to work together, though you should read them all ahead of time to see how that will work. They're also set very close to Phandalin, which is the location for the famous (and now free) introductory adventure Lost Mines of Phandelver, and with a bit of googling you can find some great guides on running, improving on and combining these adventures to make a pretty great campaign that works really well for a new DM. (Though I think either of the starter ones runs pretty well straight out of the box, especially for new players.)

No, they won't. As I said, they've stopped issuing the codes. If they want the Dragon of Icespire Peak on DDB, and the Beyond Icespire Peak Trilogy at all, they'll have to buy them off DDB, since they've bought the physical box.
If it's of any value, DoIP is $14.99, while the three follow on adventures are $4.99 each. $29.97 for the whole lot, which is rather steep as they're significantly more basic and lower quality than the other adventures, which are a whopping 2¢ more.

Which book did you buy? And have you resynched your entitlements?

Sorry, I'm tired, I missed the fact that you did you'd shared it. I'm glad you solved it, though.

Er...I mean, I did say "assuming you bought the digital Essentials Kit bundle", which it seemed like they did as they mentioned they didn't buy anything physical. But perhaps I'm missing something?

Okay. So I was answering the OP, not trying to contradict any existing answers for this commenter who had already been told they didn’t have a code.
Given I had provided the context of “if you’ve bought X”, and that this does seem to be the case for the OP, I really thought my answer was useful and appropriate, but again, perhaps I’m missing something? Did I need to specifically say I was answering the original question that began this thread? Just trying to figure out why my post needed to be challenged like this so I can avoid this in future.
You were responding a post from two years ago? It seemed odd that you would do so, and so it seemed like you were responding to the post from the day prior instead. I apologise if I offended you, that wasn't my intent, but it's also important that people understand that the codes are no longer issued - they used to be, but are no longer. The post I'm talking about is this:
I bought the physical version and there's no qr code or anything similar
If you read your post in light of that, particularly "you'll have access to [DOIP] here on D&D Beyond", then you'll see why I felt it was important to correct it - that was a major selling point (along with the Beyond Icespire Peak Trilogy), and people need to understand they no longer get it, preferably before they buy it, if their purchase was contingent on that content. The rest of your post was excellent summary of the adventures, though.

Find my D&D Beyond articles here
Where can I find the code?
It'll be on a piece of card found in the box. It'll also have a QR code

In the box as in they're gonna mail me a physical box? Didn't it say above that I'm not buying anything physical?
Thanks for your help!
