Hi peeps

I have a character with a Wand of Magic Missiles listed as active in their equipment, however it won't display in their available actions. Any ideas why it won't show up? Also, any idea what the equipment colour coding means (the wand is in green italics).

Currently magic items cannot add actions to character sheets. This is something the team is aware of, as well as the demand for such functionality

Ah! I see. I thought because he had a Staff of Defence that it would show up in the same way but of course, the action for the staff is a combat action rather than spell action. Makes sense. Thanks for the quick heads'up. Hopefully the team will be able to resolve it at some point but it's no biggy - the character sheets are darn excellent as they are :)

Five years later and the team still hasn't found a way.  Sigh.

Color coding corresponds to the rarity of the magic item.

The year is 2025 and still my Wand of Magic Missiles (equipped) is still not showing up as an Attack or Action!!

Why would it?

It's not an attack.

The action for using magic items is already listed as Magic action.

Rolling and using the spell - which will mark off charges - is under the Spells tag, like any spell added by any feature or item.
