I haven't seen anything from the DDB staff re a black friday sale, so unless they intend to surprise us, I'm guess it's not going to happen. That said, if they are still listening, it would be cool if there was at least maybe a one-time discount coupon code that everyone could use on black friday for 15% to 25% off of one purchase? Or maybe sale on the adventure books?

You don't OWN your books on DDB: WotC can change them any time. What do you think will happen when OneD&D comes out?

From a business perspective, it would make sense for them to surprise us with it. If they told us in advance that it was coming, then everyone that saw the announcement would decide not to buy until then. That would both cost them potential full price sales and also cost each customer who, in the interim, decided against the purchase.
If it happens, it'll be a total ambush.
... but man, I hope it happens. Not only does my new job's first paycheck land at around that time, but my new "Curse of Strahd" D&D Group will be forming right around that time. I'm pumped!!! :D
Really hoping this will be a thing. I have only bought the PHB so far and I am yet to convince my players to use DnDBeyond. Would love to get the MM and DM handbook. But it was only a couple of months ago that I got the hard copy (at the rather high $60 Australian RRP) so paying again is a bit hard to swallow. So a discount would help ease the pain.
Any plans for this?

I never considered that they may do this. I am definitely following!
I already purchased everything.

I was going to purchase the bundle now. Then saw the input for a coupon code which reminded me maybe I should wait a week see what happens.
Just FYI, the coupon code has been there since I created my account and I have never seen one or heard of one being used.

That maybe so but it caused me to consider waiting through the holiday season to see if there is a sale. I have the physical books for the meanwhile.
You'll find out in about a week!

Ooh. Cryptic but delightful. Checking back on Monday.
Can’t wait! My body (and paypall) are ready.
Monday might be the day I complete the legendary bundle.
They hinted in the most recent DDB podcast that they may be doing a Cyber Monday sale.
I'm hoping to pick up SCAG or ToA!

Yep, count me in. I’m down for the Legendary bundle on Monday. If it’s on sale, so much the better.

Cyber Monday sale prices are now active in the marketplace.
