We're coming to a critical point of our campaign, and it has been prophesied that we're about (like, in 2 days,) to face the legendary water elemental Leviathan. I think our DM wants to kill us. Seriously. We're 13th level: a Paladin, Fighter, Sorcerer, and and a 14th level Cleric - me. There's GOT to be some cool spell synergy or something that I'm not thinking of. Any brilliant ideas? What would YOU do?

I'm going to trust that your DM understands how difficult that encounter will be, and will level you or give you an item/items that will help you defeat it. But while Leviathan is a beyond deadly encounter for you, if it's the only encounter that day, you have a decent chance of winning. One thing I will suggest is to... get it out of water. It loses many of its advantages on land.

It's got a pretty good Con save, and you'd want it to have to use up its 3 legendary resistances asap.
