We have put together a server on discord for newer players to begin learning how to play DND 5th Edition. The intent it to get newer players a chance to learn the game at their pace. The server is a play when you want and if you want style. No cost or requirements to do anything. If you want to just come hang out you are more than welcome.
If you have any questions or are wanting to know more, feel free to reply, if you are not wanting to post it than feel free to message me as well.

What is your experience with DND 5E?
What type of gaming would you prefer?(combat heavy or role play heavy)
What is your experience with DND 5E? Played a little Advanced DND in “ the beginning” ( late 70’s) ….100 years later have done a couple is sessions with 5E, still learning mechanics
What type of gaming would you prefer?(combat heavy or role play heavy) a little of both!
What is your experience with DND 5E? Very little experience. I know some rules, but past sessions have ended prematurely due to timing issues, or bad Dungeon Masters....
What type of gaming would you prefer?(combat heavy or role play heavy) I would like a mix of the two if possible so I can get used to both. Please.
Hey hi I’m new and as green as they come to DND…names Rue I’ve been watching all things dnd on YouTube and watched a few games played online via outside xtra but never truly had the tabletop experience.
im very interested in the role playing aspect dnt know how well I’d perform but still I’m excited but also would like to try some heavy combat as well
I would love to learn and play 5e. I have no experience with it, as I fell out of the game just before 3rd Edition came out. So, I've only observed some streamed games online for a basic knowledge of the rules. I would prefer a balance of combat and RP. I am in the EST zone.
(What is your experience with DND 5E?) I have some basic understandings of the game. I've done a single campaign that fizzled out due to TimeZone issues. I'm a bit hesitent with spell casting characters due to needing to reference a lot of things, but generally I get the basics.
(What type of gaming would you prefer?) I am a bit preferred to more roleplaying, though I do enjoy combat when it comes as long as it makes sense and not random encounters thrown willy nilly.
im as green as they come. I played one one shot home brew about 25 years ago. Had fun but the group fell apart and I haven’t had any opportunities to get more experience.then life happened and I kinda forgot about it. Now I came across it again and would love to get into it.
what type of gaming would you prefer?
i’d say more rp heavy but I’m open to both
timezone is CST. But I’m extremely flexible time wise at least for now. During the day would probably even work better for me.
