Important: I (the DM) am in the mountain daylight timezone in Utah.

Type: Play-By-Post (all playing will be inside a dndbeyond thread, which I will post when all 4 players join)

Group Needed: 4 players that can post often (posting every 0-2 hours would be best).

Game Style: Story heavy campaign. Tactical, player's choices decide their fate, semi-frequent battling. D&D 5E, I think that's what its called

Characters: Use one of the following characters here (click on them for the info page)

• Draval, lv.4, a skilled Dragonborn barbaric warrior, and a master with poisons. Taken by Ambroshies
• Wispacker, lv.4, an Air Genasai Bard, a master of performance and light. Taken by RobertBungalows
• Tova, lv.4, an intelligent human ranger who is a skilled archer. He hunts giants for a living. Taken by GrandWizardShade
• Nomu, lv.4, a wise elf monk, a fighter with quite a lot of money. Taken by Sonic111

House Rules:

1. Be realistic. You can only do things your character can do. For instance, a character can't cast "firewall" unless they are able to do magic and it is in their spells list.
2. Don't be inappropriate. You know what I'm talking about.

Note: I will update your character Info (give them earned treasure, update health, level up, etc.) Always keep your character info tab open while playing to refer to.

Storyline: King Kiama, the great king of the gnomes, has mysteriously disappeared after a trip along the border of The Shadow Lands. 4 Heroes, Draval, Wispacker, Tova, and Nomu, have offered to enter these strange, demonic lands, and find Kiama.

Will start once all 4 people are in.

Sneak Peak for The Shadow Lands

The Sorcerer slowly walked around his cavern. He picked up a good, strong skull. "This will do." He said, and he began using his magic. The skull turned from pale white to dark gray, and its eyes began to glow with a faint blue light. He practiced the ritual all night until a whole skeleton was animate. He gave the skeleton a lance made of bone and sent him off to guard his land. At this moment, a skeleton wielding a heavy axe and a strong metal chain came into the room. "My servant." He declared, "What brings you here." The Sorcerer touched his skull and felt his memories. He saw a small party of heroes setting up camp by the border. "Tell the others to find those... heroes. Kill them, and don't let them get Kiama." The Sorcerer raised his hands into the dark, smokey sky. Black lightning began to crackle in his hands, and then it shot into the sky. The clouds went black as the necro-storm began. "This should set them back long enough."

Hate: Hit goblin.

Not a Fan: Run to goblin and attack with glaive.

Ok: I run up to the goblin and attack with my glaive, shield by my side as I strike him fiercely in the side.

Love: I carefully examine the goblin's features. He was pretty strong, but I knew I could take him. I checked to make sure my shield was still strapped to my side, then ran up to him and struck a forceful blow on his side with my sliver glaive, then jumped back before he could strike.

More Character Info: Draval

Draval is a Dragonborn barbarian warrior. He comes from green dragon ancestry, giving him the poison breath weapon. He is also a master at working with poisons and knows a lot about them. He is also experienced at adventuring.

More Character Info: Wispacker

Wispacker is an Air Genesai. He is a bard and a great entertainer. He also knows some basic magic involving light and wind, and he has a staff of charming which gives him a few social interaction spells.

More Character Info: Tova

Tova is a human ranger. He is a skilled archer and great at hunting. He hunts giants for his job, and he is a master at fighting giants, speaks giant, and knows a lot of facts about them. He also has a strong riding horse.

More Character Info: Nomu

Nomu is an Eladrin (a type of dark elf). He is a powerful monk who also serves as a priest. He has a lot of money compared to the other characters (28 gold).

It will be a lot of fun

awww yes DM we shall venture off to save King Kiama if i can find Wispacker, nomu an tova. 

I heard Wispacker is in the high mountains in the clouds. He has a cottage there. Nomu is probably off hunting, and Tova is probably worshiping some elf god.

Wispacker is maybe at a concert.

i would like to set up a small camp fire and sit down next to it. as i await for the arrival of my friends.

Campfire has been set up successfully. You have a large tent set up near the village. Some random Ogre is setting up next to you waiting for a campaign about slime to begin.

i would like to approach the ogre an ask to join him on his campaign.   

He smiles happily, then takes out a dinner plate and claims its a chair for you, all while doing an evil laugh.

He says "You snack! Oops, me means friend!"

i give a discerning look but shake it off. i sit down an ask "do you might know where i can find the border of The Shadow Lands"
