We are familiar with Roll20 and Discord. We are looking for Saturday evenings (GMT+8) and any time Sunday and are open to anything from 2 to 4 hours.
Game: D&D 5e Group preferred: Face-to-face, mixed Experience: Veteran, going back to AD&D Location/Timezone: Brisbane, strictly North Side (or further north) Availability: Evening preferred (not Monday, not Sunday arvo) Preferred role: Player; can host Game style: Long campaign, high/epic fantasy, minimal home-brew mechanics. I'd love a good balance of combat, exploration and role-play. No evil parties.
Hey, I am thinking of running "Keys From the Golden Vault" for 5E. If you're interested, I'm collecting Expression Of Interest here: https://forms.gle/95qaXfvcbE25zeZv5 🎲🐉💰
I'm looking for Australian players and DM's for a west marches style server. The Outer Bureau. The simplified concept being that you are the agent of an extradimensional agency, travelling through time and across the multiverse to combat the Cult of Vecna and otherwise protect the worlds from evil. We currently have a vibrant and growing community here, but there is a notable lack of members in the Asia/Oceania time zones, with most members being European or American.
The rules are simple: 1. Don't be a dick. Bigotry in any form will not be tolerated, nor will just being an ******* in general. 2. You must be at least 18 years old, and the same rule applies to your characters. We expect maturity from everyone OOC! Your characters can be immature ********, we just don't want folks rping fictional children in adult situations. 3. Respect the DM. 4. No explicit content. If a situation comes up, "fade to black" or take it to PMs. 5. Read the rules here for more details: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1oQpfWP-TiFiuFx7-y4iwdLeCs4izBlSj0GV1P3P93Ig/edit?usp=sharing
I hope I'll see a few of you on the server before long! Please tell me as well if you see this an decide to join, so I can my little recruitment bonus.

New player looking for groups in Melbourne for mostly weekend play.
I have not had a dnd session in 7 weeks, and have completely lost hope for trying to find any online dnd sites or places to play the game that works for me, ESPECIALLY after being unable to continue playing at the last place i went to because my dad needed to babysit me the whole time because im under 18 with autism and the last autistic person they had cracked under the pressure and couldn't continue. This is the only place i could even concieve trying to find a campaign to play in, after the horrific realization that Queensland has almost NOTHING. (also i only play 5e and don't want to DM, Im most avaliable on wednesdays and have been into D&D for years)
Hi! Just a Player/DM thats keen to try out a few one shots and meet people/have fun. Based out of Tas and can only play Online.
Happy to DM either one of the source books or preferably a one shot in my Homebrew world (If you like Oceans, Pirates, Factions, Silly references to movies/books/shows )
Msg me if interested either way
Game: D&D 5e Group type: online!!!! Experience: Playing in a long running campaign for 5 years and done a few small oneshots/campaigns as a DM, very keen for more. Location/Time zone: TAS/GMT+11 Schedule: Available alternating weekends and possibly week nights ( preferably Friday nights though ) Preferred Role: DM and Player Game style: Love roleplay but also bashing things on the head is fun too.
Your homebrew sounds really interesting. I'm a bit of a forever DM, and I still haven't managed to convince any of my friends to give DM'ing a go. If you are looking to form a group for one-shots and need another player, I'd be interested. Or anyone else is looking for players.
Game: D&D 5e Group type: In person (Canberra) or Online (I use Discord, Beyond D&D & Above VTT, but have used Roll20 and a little bit of foundry VTT) Experience: DM'd on and off for friends since high school (by no means am I a rules expert though) and was in a really great roleplay-heavy homebrew in-person group as a player for a year before I had to move interstate. Location/Time zone: ACT - GMT+10 Schedule: Pretty flexible but weeknights or alt Fridays Preferred Role: Player Game style: I like strong roleplaying and storylines, not necessarily the voice acting part, but treating the decisions and world seriously. (but still having silly fun in the group) I love falling in love with a town and its people, and I just hope nothing bad happens while I'm away, haha.
Hey everyone, fairly new to DnD 5e after loving BG3. I've started as a DM for a few friends running DoIP, but our schedules aren't aligning as often as we'd like! I'm working on a homebrew setting for my group's next adventure which I'd potentially be happy to start with a new group. Preferably though, I'd be joining an in-person group as a player. For what it's worth, I've listened to a fair bit of CR (C2, EXU:C) and Dimension 20 (ACoC). Also looked at a lot of Matt Colville stuff. Will not hold any DM to Matt Mercer or BLeeM's standards, don't worry.
Game: DnD 5e
Group type: In person
Experience: Newish
Location: Melbourne - eastern suburbs preferred
Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays, weeknights potentially
Preferred role: Player, but open to DM
Game style: Strong roleplaying, with a healthy mix of intrapersonal and interpersonal focus for storytelling purposes. Like Felixiv said, taking the world seriously (but occasionally not too seriously). Keen for dangerous combat as well, I want my long rests to be well earned! Ideally a long-term table, but open to all offers.

Sounds cool, what's the link to get started?
The discord links in the doc say you don't have access to the text channel.
