And... DDB gives Christmas-wrap dice... in January... Can't say that doesn't speak volumes...
They are yule themed dice, not Christmas, a period that extends through December and into January. You can actually see yuletide details in the design of the dice; they feature various winter animal charms and even horns and twine.
That doesn't change the fact that it's a tad late. Yule extends into early Januari, and that ends in a few days when we pass the halfway mark.

Leaving OGL 1.0(a) untouched and making SRD 5.1 CC-BY-4.0 is a great first step. The next is a promise to do the same for future editions. Here's a discussion thread on that.
Why is it so hard to just tell us what the perks are? The last three months just say "(Monty) 2023 Subscriber Perks." Somebody has to type that part up, why can't they just type what the perk actually is?

Unfortunately; this isn't a new idea or suggestion, D&D Beyond's communication overall has been awful for quite a long time now... Possibly always. You'd think a monthly updated spread-sheet or equivalent would be child's play.
Did I miss this November's subscriber perks, or are they late?
They are up; go to account/ marketplace, make sure the entitlents are synced (at top) then check for november perks (bottom) They are xmas themed frames.

DId you know? The DDB marketplace has REMOVED the option for purchasing one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters "a la carte". Now you ALWAYS have to buy the ENTIRE book instead.

I just wish they would include at least one (premium, not gimmicky, hard to read, way over animated) dice set each month. Those Christmas frames are horrible...

I wish we could have a “do not cover my screen with those gimmicky dice, just give me the random results immediately “ option. These “dice” are painfully slow and cover the screen for way too long.

The Red Dragon dice for December 2023 are showing up in account listing, it is showing as synced, but they aren't in the My Dice collection. Anyone else?

Yule is over too, though. It was December 21st through January 1st.
I guess the good news is they're still around for next year's Yule.
I got quotes!

DDB is great, but it could be better. Here are some things I think could improve DDB
its cool we got some yule stuff
What is the July 2023 perk?
Giant dice. It wasn't ever announced on social media or in a post. If you check the subscription page, it tells you there.
~ May all your rolls Crit ~
Thought for a moment we were getting a preview for this December then relistend to the date… got me. =)
I didn’t see what you did there.

I have the same issue.
Can't see the dice in my collection
I'd like to see something other than dice or frames. Not that exciting.
