It appears to be an old, silver metal lighter, but doesn't seem to strike. It feels heavier than it should and has a glow about it. Something compels the person who finds it to keep it for later. It has a faint glow about it.
[When opened and struck in the presence of fire or flame, either from a natural source or from someone or something attacking with any type of flame, the lighter will consume all fire and store it. When opened and struck again it will release all stored fore into a target or all targets in an area within 20 feet.]
Would also have to recommend the Wristbands of Awesomeness.
