Alaster winces as three daggers are slammed into him, but fortunately, the blast of thunder managed to take out two of the creatures. Alaster gives his cannon another pump, showering his with some additional strength before calling out, "Sorry about this, but we need to end this fight before it ends us." With that, he holds up his Boomstick and slams it into the ground. Sending a thunderous wave of energy out from his staff that engulfs 6 of the creatures, Gerlad and Skarias.

Bonus Action: Activate Eldritch Cannon Each party member within 10 Feet of Alaster (Gerlad and Skarias) gains 12 Temporary Hit Points (If you already have more than the above number of Temporary Hit Points, you need not replace them with the lower number, but for everyone that had some of their THP depleted, this should give the buffer back)
Action: Cast Sonic Grenade (Level 2) CH2, CH3, CH4, CH5, CH6, CH10, Skarias, and Gerlad must make a DC 16 Constitution Saving Throw to take half of 20 Thunder Damage and not be pushed back 10 feet

hoghead Moves and injures CH8, but does not take them down. (Only 2 HP left though...)
Alaster Sends off a massive blast of thunder, knocking out all of the enemies caught in the blast. (half of 20 is still these things max HP, so no need to save for the quicklings. Need that save from the two player characters though, to see how badly they are hit.)
skarias, Gerald, and Tydir all get a chance to take out CH8 prior to it getting another turn. Whomever can do more than 2 hp of damage to the thing will end the combat.
Alaster settles in for a rest. He isn't swapping any infusions, but he does swap Sanctuary for Web.
Before entering the room, Alaster will summon his Protector Cannon, place it on his shoulder and give everyone a few pumps (we can spend a few minutes until I roll maximum). Everyone gains 13 Temporary Hit Points.

Tydir settles in for a long rest as well. When they wake he'll tap whoever is running point and give them guidance as they enter the next room.
