To keep things moving we try to have all PCs post actions in a group when possible. This way I can just resolve actions at once, instead of having to resolve one, then wait for someone to get online, resolve their action, and do it again. This way, as long as we are in a place in initiative where it is just a group of PCs who are up, then we can just have them all post when they can get online and resolve all of those when I get online. It speeds things up,though sometimes we can run into a single player who needs to revise actions a bit. In the long run those few times actions need to be redone is worth the ability to move things along faster. When I give a list of players who can post, it means all of them can post actions and I will resolve those actions once all posts are in.
Zenga Teaches BU9 not to mess with someone smaller than them. With a series of three lightning-fast strikes, the brute crumples to the ground and does not rise. Then the small figure bounces over and bashes BU7 for good measure.
Beldorim Tries to hit BU7, but misses on both strikes. (Can you label the rolls a bit more? I am just assuming which are the attack rolls.)
Xap Strikes down BU7 with a single blow. Then moves and delivers 2 more blows to BU10, dealign damage on both.
Ravocrath As BU7 is down I am moving your attack to BU4. It hits and the blast of cold takes out both BU4 and BU10. BU3 manages to dodge some of the cold, but still is caught on the edge of it. (2 failed save and 1 made the save.)
Bel will breath attack bu2
Dex save 14 or 5 lighting damage
Xap will attempt to finish off BU8, then switch attention to BU7.
