Not wanting to let Drego out of his sight this time. Stitch keeps one hand on his jacket(or coat tails). Occasionally pausing to look up at the sky and hiss.
His attention is diverted from the terribly inconvenient moisture falling from the sky by the sounds of rattling bones. Stitch quickly tugs on Drego’s jacket, points with his other hand at the nearest skeleton, in a slightly terrified tone, “I... am... Stitch!”
Robin was more than a bit distracted by watching those she walked with, than paying attention to the land around them. Thus, as she became aware of the approaching skeletons, she was much sloer than the others to respond.
Prior to moving out: Looking down at the little gobbo, the smallest hint of a smile creeps onto Drego's face. A hand drifts down towards the goblins shoulder, a gentle pat to reassure them in the face of strangers. 'Yes, these are friends - or at least they're friendly - and we're all headed in the same direction, so we should get some safety in their numbers'

Note: I do block initiative, which means that everyone in a block of initiative together can go in any order. For example, here Drego and Stitch can go in either order, then the skellies go, then Case/PM/Jax/Robin can all go in any order. I just find it makes it easier.

Drego Initiative 18
Stitch looks around at the four strangers warily, then looks back to Drego. He shrugs his shoulders and grabs tightly onto his jacket(or other similar nearby garment. At easy reach for a very short goblin)
Drego moves with practiced ease, pushing Stitch behind him and drawing a long, elegantly carved blade and his strange-looking crossbow in one fluid movement.
He opens fire with the handheld weapon, a soft 'fwhomp', and a bolt speeds towards its target. Closing the distance to the closest Skeleton even as he fires, Drego shifts his grip on his sword, holding the hilt so the blade runs back along his forearm and turns his sprint into a spinning dive to bring the blade across the fell creatures kneecaps.
Move: Close gap to closest Skellie Bonus Action: Attack Hand Xbow: 24 Damage: 7. DC10 Strength check or falls prone Action: Attack: 16 Damage: 8 Reaction: Opp attack if it comes up

Robin, seeing the threat, sighs as the bashers go in to start hitting with weapons and such. She moves to one side, getting line-of-sight on one of the skeletons, and lifts a hand, as she speaks words of magic. With a gesture, as if throwing something, a ball of fire leaps towards the skeleton, zipping through the air and leaving a line of smoke trailing after it.
Up and back! Péiste Mór jumps off Jaxium’s shoulders in a practiced, if not entirely dignified, panic scramble. The small red dragon was left with wings stretched wide and flapping, staying more or less in place while his conveyance Elf readied for intense combative type action.
(If you’ve ever stepped on a sleeping cat’s tail, you’ve pretty much seen the scene before.)
Head high and scouting the landscape for the disturbance, Péiste Mór picks a target, rears their head back, then quickly throws is forward realizing a wad of Fiery Phlegm (( Fire Bolt )) at the furthest skeleton within range…
Attack: 6 Damage: 8

Seeing his protector move swiftly towards the clanking bones. Stitch very quickly darts to the nearest tree and climbs into a very conveniently goblin sized hole. Where he of course proceeds to hide.
Jax, who had been listening to Case's running commentary, almost doesn't process the bit about the skeletons. He pauses his step, says "wait, what?"and then swivels his head, realizing there actually are skeletons attacking them, and he should probably do something about that. Especially since one shot an arrow at him. Not kind at all. Some never learn, even in death.
His shoulders reluctantly set themselves, and a low, keening hum, more of a growl, resonates from his chest. PM would recognize the rage coming. Hopefully the small dragon had found another perch.
Two long knives, or scimitars with odd hilts appear in his hands, and he darts forward. His hands come together, and all of a sudden, a long, twin-bladed shaft appears, one weapon where there once had been two. It aims for the skeleton that shot him. The low, keening hum turns into a roar.
Move: closing to the skeleton that hit him with an arrow BA: Rage Attack: 6 Damage: 9
Case steps forward silently trying to make himself a target for the remaining skeletons. His mace on his side is lifted by his hand and he swings it at one of them. Attack: 15 Damage: 5

Case's mace slams into the skeleton that Robin hit, and the mace goes through the bones like glass, the skeleton crumbling to the ground into a pile of bones.

Drego's sword cuts through the first skeleton, even as the blade from another of the fiends cuts through the air over his head. Spinning on his knee, the ranger pivots and aims his strange weapon at the shambling pile of bones that attacked him. Turning the momentum of the spin into a strike, he brings his sword up in an arc designed to shatter the ribs of the fell creature.

Péiste Mór flies about 20 feet higher into the air and approaches the remaining skeleton until within about 15 feet or it, angling to ensure no friends, new or old, are within the coming cone of attack. Once so clear, the small red dragon rears up, takes in a large breath and then releases it in a cone of Fiery Breath that consist of thin flames stretching out in a cone for 15 feet! (( Burning Hands )) - Dex save vs DC 13 for half of 9
“hmmmm, well… that dried meat a few minutes ago was indeed quite spicy…” Péiste Mór says with an obviously fake bashfulness.
