"That would be quite helpful." Savra says to the husband, letting him tend her shoulder wound. Once done she rolls the shoulder, smiling in gratitude. "That is much better." She informs him. "You have a definite skill there." She hugs the child back, smiling down at them, then turns to the warrior woman.
"You are likely correct." Savra says, looking around at the many burning buildings nearby. She then turns back to the woman. "Which is the best path to get us to the keep?" Her eyes turn to the kids and husband, then back to the woman. "I doubt if we can move this large of a group through unseen, so we will likely have to fight again, are you up to that?"
If given the acknowledgement from the woman, as Savra doesn't see any other option, she would start moving, with them, towards the keep.
Linan nods. "I'll do anything to save my family. Still, under the cover of night, we may be able to sneak past the raiders."
She recommends a path to the keep that utilizes the back alleys of Greenest. With Savra leading the way, the family begins moving towards the keep on the hill.
After a couple of minutes of walking, Savra sees a group of raiders ahead, consisting of four kobolds and a tall elf woman dressed in strange purple robes. They gather around a building as the woman tries to direct the kobolds to burn the house, but its thatch construction makes that a difficult task. Frustrated, the woman snaps at the kobolds, making her unaware of the group sneaking through the alley close by.
Linan says, "We'll have to get past them somehow. What do you think?"

Gin recognizes from the modest cut of the robes, that the wearer is a cult initiate. Initiates train for months or years before gaining any rank within the organization, and many trainees don't survive the tests. An initiate who passes the tests must choose an affinity to a particular color of dragon: black, blue, green, red, or white. He or she is then welcomed into the ranks as a dragonclaw.
It makes sense that this initiate is given the frustrating task of commanding a squad of kobolds. Gin remembers his own initiation process as well in the Cult of the Dragon, and he was similarly forced to do dangerous and unwanted tasks to prove his dedication to the cult.

"I'd say we either sneak past them, find another way around, or we take them out quickly." Savra informs the woman warrior. "I'd sneak past them if I were on my own, and that would still be my preference, but only you know how your family will do at such a task."
if they go the sneaking route, then Savra's stealth roll is: 20
Following Savra's lead, the family dashes across the street from shadow to shadow. Though the husband trips on a rock, he's quickly helped up by one of his children and isn't noticed by the raiders. The kobolds are left behind just as they finally manage to get a spark, and the thatch building ignites in flames.
After another few minutes, Savra and the family arrive at the base of the hill, and can clearly see the keep's welcoming torchlight. However, a guttural howl alerts Savra as she spots in the darkness another cultist holding the leash of a four-legged, dragon-like creature with a wolf-like head and a long scaly tail. The creature's snout flares as it sniffs the air, and it leaps into a nearby house, followed by the sound of screams.
The cultist laughs. "We've got a live one," he says and he draws his scimitar and enters the house as well.
What does Savra do?

"Linan, I think we best see what we can do here." Savra says, glancing to the warrior woman. "Can you hole up in an alley, while I deal with this?" She doesn't wait for a response, stepping towards the house even as she speaks.
Savra will enter the house, ready to attack the cultist and drake as soon as she steps inside. (Readying an attack with her rapier of the first enemy she sees.)
(Will Savra be entering stealthily? If not, then she'll be seen the moment she steps inside, and we'll roll initiative. Technically, you can't ready an attack outside of combat, but if you stealth up on them you'll get a surprise round.)

Inside is a horrible scene. The dead bodies of a man and woman lie on the floor, while two children (brothers it seems) are backed up into the corner. The older brother holds a quarterstaff and tries to bat away at the dragon creature, who seems to be toying with its prey. The cultist smiles and wipes his bloody scimitar.
Stepping inside, Savra's new scent alerts the dragon creature, who spins around to face her. However, the cultist is oblivious and is surprised when the half-elf bard springs forward with her rapier.

Savra casts a spell... suggestion Targetting the cultist. DC 14 Wis save.
"I believe you were just about to leave this town and walk back to your camp, immediatly, wishing to report back in there on the status of the raid." she informs the cultist. "On your way there, if you se anyone as you walk, make sure to drop any weapons you may have on you at their feet."
(Would Savra know any commands for the drakes? I am guessing not, as it is likely specific to each drake handler, or something like that, but wanted to check before I am forced to kill it.)
(No, Savra would not know any commands for the drake, but she does have a little knowledge in cult taming practices. If you'd like, you can take an action and attempt a DC 20 Animal Handling check to get it to stand down, though you would have to speak in Draconic)
The cultist's sword arm relaxes, and he stares at the door. Savra is sure that he's soon to exit this house.
The children, taking advantage of Savra's distraction, leap out of a window and flee.
The drake growls, confused as to what its handler is doing. It sprints at Savra and pounces on her, biting with gnashing teeth.
