There is clearly something in the air about 30 ft. up and within the cone of moonlight.  The position can be surmised but attacks are still at disadvantage. 

Flynt is up first.

Following Flynt's actions, Aurelius will move to a position within range and cast his javelin of lightning at the surmised position of the hidden intruder.  He will maintain concentration on the moonbeam and shout, "Keep the wolves under him, Elyria!  I can move the spell to wherever he may flee!" while thinking to himself, Unless the coward flies straight up...

Javelin Attack: 14 Damage: 8 + 12 lightning damage

Elyria nods at Aurelius and makes another attempt to reveal her stalker by blanketing the space above Freke and Gere with green faerie fire. (Dex save 14)
She then swiftly hides, if possible. (Bonus action Stealth: 23 )

Flynt lands and reverts to his human form.

Aurelius calls out, "Betrayer! You Coward!  Face me in battle!"

Aurelius' attack does not seem to hit anything. Elyria's spell though successfully outlines the large creature in a green light. (All attacks against now have advantage.)

As it casts Cone of Cold, you can see the creature now clearly. It has greenish-blue skin, short ivory horns on its forehead, and dark black claws and teeth.

(Make a CON Save DC 13 or take, 44 damage, half on success)

(Anyone within 10 feet of the paladin has +4 to saves)\

"Merd! You are even uglier than I remembered!"

(Is everyone hit by the cone, even Freke and Gere? I was visualising us all being a bit spread out, although Freke and Gere would be close together I guess. Also Elyria hid with a stealth roll of 27! which might make it hard to catch her in the cone.)

(He is flying up in the air, not aiming horizontally. So the area is about a 30 ft radius circle. I would consider Freke and Gere out of it, but he's trying to catch the rest of you. He doesn't need to see you exactly for the area attack and cover won't help.) 

(Okay, I was thinking if they were spread out and he didn't know where Elyria hid she maybe would have evaded the cone but fair enough :-)

She uses Absorb elements as a reaction, negating some of the cold damage.

Con: 20

The large creature seems to fly up a bit higher, but is not moving away.  "You think you know me do you? That was merely a lucky shot." He calls down, looking toward Aurelius.

(Gere and Freke are up now I believe)

Freke and Gere keeps moving to stay under the ogre mage, readying bite attacks should he come within reach.

(Next Round - Flynt then Aurelius)

"Aw come on now we're not that bad. Come on down and let's talk about it." says Flynt as he uses his glasses to cast charm person.

(While wearing them, you can expend 1 charge as an action to cast the charm person spell (save DC 13))

(WIS Save: 24)

Flynt's charm appears to work. "Talking seems reasonable. What would you like to talk about?"

OOC - The spell does not appear to work on non-humanoids. But on second thought, I'm going to allow it in this case since it seems humanoid-like. I edited the original post.
