Otis & Klok: You both think back, trying to recall stories and descriptions you have heard to recognize the man. While Otis slightly remembers a story about a small man wielding a larger weapon than he should be able to, not much more than that comes to him. Klok on the other hand remembers a story of a man named Urakai The Fury, a human warrior who took up the mantle of wizard and then spent decades working on a single spell that would enhance his fighting prowess.
Falken: Your small owl flies up and flits around the area where the man and glass creatures are. The man looks up a moment and then back to the rock the creatures are digging into, but one of the creatures seems to lock it's sight on the owl before being commanded back to work by the man. The man is human, about 5 feet tall and while seemingly thin, the owl gets a closer look and sees the man is quite muscular for his size. The axe on his back is almost double the size of a normal greataxe in width but only about a quarter more then normal in length.
The owl returns to Falken and begins to report it's findings to him, talking at just one tone, and that's a normal tone. (Not whispering but not yelling.) Falken will then report to the others.
"So there are two of those glass creatures, digging into some kind of rock, along with an armed foreman of sorts. I think we can take them if we take out the foreman first."
Roy nods. Stands tall and heads out to confront the man. "Sir, I need a word with you. I am Roy Campbell. I am in search of a stolen child. Our path has lead us here. I have seen these glass people before, as well. Explain yourself."
Otis strolls out of the woods casually to stand by Roy after Roy says the word, our. Hoping that it will help the others hide in cover by encouraging the foreman not to look for the rest of, our.
Otis has a small smile and waves with his left hand at the foreman as he gets to Roys side.
I don't know if you would consider that an attempted distraction or an aid another action?
The man turns around to face you and grins slightly, "Ahh, I had heard there was some opposition to our efforts. I don't have your misplaced youth, but as it is a means to an end for us, I'm afraid I can't speak on the subject much more than that. Right now you are a distraction though, so go back to your paltry village and live... or stay here and die.."
With that, he reaches back and easily removes the greataxe from his back, planting the axe blades on the ground and holding the haft lightly as if waiting to see what you will do. Nodding his head to the side, the glass creatures stop attacking the rocks and step to either side of him at the ready.
Grahl:
Go ahead and make a stealth roll at advantage thanks to Otis stepping out by Roy as a distraction.
Falken's owl, still reporting all this to Falken, will fly down and land on top of the threatening guys head. It then begins to poke at it's skull like a wood pecker.
(wow even if normal roll for first he is super silent )
Unsure where this familiarity comes from but Grahl feels a sense of an instinct inside him guiding his movement, the adrenaline inside rushing through him giving him an excited feeling. He moves through the brushes as silently as the wind.
Otis smile goes wide as the bird lands, showing his teeth.
"So whats the stupidest option we could go with?" Otis asks, "Cause I usually like to start with that. But I'm guessing when you get close to failing the hoardmind will kill you too. Bet she didn't mention that little detail."
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Roy shakes his head. "I won't leave. Your world died long ago, it's time for a new one to be raised from the ashes of your cowardice. I won't stop til the child is returned."
Otis looks on the clockwork creature in awe as it takes to the skies.
(So its not just a bump and we don't get in trouble by the admins for thread bumping.)

How many glass creatures does my owl see?

While Roy and Otis head for the frontman Grahl will try to walk around to get to the other side of them. To be able to flank them if needed.
As he does this he feels a deja vu feeling like hes done ambushes many times before but for Grahl this is not something he can recall.
