"Yes, yes of course. You are right! So, how about the rest of you approach and introduce yourself. Such a big crew I have and it changes so often"he says as his eye looks off toward where the two former crewmates were tossed overboard. "I am afraid I can often forget who is under me."
Tea approaches somewhat hesitantly, realizing his Message spell had sputtered and his whisper was aloud to Gimmur rather than in secret, but not knowing if anyone else heard his words.
"Tea Twospoons at your service Admiral. I work with Salty in the galley and perform advanced scouting duties and infiltration to gather intelligence prior to boarding and plundering captured vessels. I supply the information to Captain Sinestra so she can execute effective assault strategies with as few casualties as possible."
Titus steps forward and performs a sharp salute by striking his battle axe to his shield before pointing them stiffly at his side.
“Sir! I am Titus Vespasian, First Sheild, 13th Legion of the former Nemean Empire. When the Empire fell I tried my hand as a merchant sailor, but found this to much more lucrative, and a better match for my skill set. I’ve been working with some of the more eager men to show them how to fight like we did in the Legion to make our crew stronger. I seek vengeance against my foes... but until then, I will make your enemies my enemies my Admiral, and I show no mercy to my enemies.”
"One of those little dragons, yes. Those big ones so greedy. Never would be good Admirals. Not like me. I share all with my crew..." he says drifting off as Sinestra speaks up, "Though it is a shame I took care of the wiggling coward before so swiftly, might have been nice to see this little dragon demonstrate his lack... of mercy" she says as her mouth curls into a brief smile.
Gimmur Arnskull clumps forward, heavy boots thudding on the deck. "Admiral, Captain," he begins with a salute to both, lingering longer with his salute to the Admiral out of respect for the greater rank. "You know me - Gimmur Arnskull, Chief Carpenter at your service!"
The Admiral looks to the Captain and the Captain nods, "Yes, of course, ol' Gimmur. I couldn't forget you..."

"As few casualties as possible?" the Admiral says quizzically. Then Sinestra steps in, "He means for our side of course..." saying as she looks back at the Admiral "Ah, yes of course. No prisoners aboard the Maelstrom". And while he completes his sentence, Sinestra curiously moves from her former stationary position and is swiftly behind Tea, "Yes, no prisoners...."she utters as her left hand lay on his shoulder. "This little one is good for information, helped secure the Flying Dromos with more than just brawn... such a valuable commodity. One I'd hate to lose." she finishes as her hand leaves his shoulder before she goes back to her previous position.
The Admiral then says, "Yes, spies are good. Always can use more eyes. Never enough eyes."
Salty holds a flirty gaze with Sinestra Performance20. Salty slides his eyes to the Beholder, "My apologies Admiral, Its a shame I never got a chance to cook for you. If my appointment to Captain Sinestra is approved" He points to Douglas, his Kobold Sous Chief, "My man Douglas will be in charge of your meals and that of the crew moving forward."
Douglas is surprised at the sudden promotion and looks to Salty, "You tellin' the truth Joe?!"
"Damn right buddy, you earned it." Salty turns back to the Beholder, "Just between you and me, his fish tacos...", Salty mimes his head exploding.

Tea attempts to suppress a shudder as Sinestra withdraws her hand. "Some might say I'm invaluable even," Tea says glancing at Sinestra and smiling cherrily. "It is so often a difficult job making sure all the information I take in gets reported back accurately. A lesser spy might forget some small detail that would lead to failure. Thankfully, I'm devoted to our success and ridding these nobles of every last copper they've so selfishly withheld from us humble and hard-working folks." Tea looks at the Admiral and smiles, "I am fiercely loyal to this crew sir. Never worry that I would falter in my duties toward securing you more wealth, fame, and influence. I will see to it you're reputation spreads quickly, and that your dominion grows ever greater. Sir." Tea bows deeply and steps back and to the side with the rest of the group who've already introduced themselves.

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Tanne steps up to the two commanding officers. "Tanne D'Landra at your service, Sir!" He turns towards Sinestra "Skipper." Tanne winks at Sinestra.
"I'm a marksman and overall tactician, though since my appointment aboard the Maelstrom, I've been but a deck hand and boarding crew mate. This is my first open ocean deployment, but if you've ever spent any time in Faerun, you've probably heard of me."
Tanne goes into his "announcer voice", "Admiral, Skipper, I present for you The Red Sparrow of Daggerford, the only archer to kill an orc, save a boy, and woo a woman with a single arrow, three time Waterdevian champion, Tanne D'Landra."
Tanne draws his longbow, and fires an arrow into a high parabolic arc. He then grabs a dagger from his belt, throws it straight into the air, changing the arrow's direction, so it falls straight down, catching the arrow out of the sky.
The dagger then falls right between the feet of Douglas, the Kobald Chef. Tanne, quick as lightning, draws one more dagger and two handaxes throwing them all at Douglas, the main mast behind him, each weapon striking between his outstretched limbs.
"Zradhall Amtish, admiral! I'm new here and still not completely sure what my job is, I would appreciate it if someone could help me with that." Zradhall half-shouts, standing with his back erect, chin up, hands clasped behind his back."Besides that, I'm a very capable fighter and experienced in tactical combat, hopefully beyond the likes of what you've seen before."He continues to hold his posture, waiting for a gesture of sorts to stop, naïve to the fact that pirate ships aren't nearly this formal.

"The hero sought to save the world.
"If I keep trying, I'll be able to win," the hero thought.
But the harder the hero fought, the further the world seemed to tumble away.
Drowning in doubt, the hero could not even save themselves.
Hero, if you still believe in a brighter future, hold in your heart a thorn that can pierce all doubt."
As the Admiral and Captain attempt to address those who remain, Tannes performance is entirely too distracting with his arrow plunging into his hand and Douglas narrowly escaping his unintentional assault. And with it, the Admiral roars in laughter, "Hahaha! I didn't know we had a court jester aboard. But every King needs a fool. Wahaha!"then Sinestra interjects, "Of course, one last show as a present from me before we leave for Chult..." gesturing toward Tanne "Yes, thank you for your performance. Everyone give him a hand, it looks like he could use another one..."and then the remaining crew explodes in laughter except for Douglas who is still amazed at his lack of injury.

Tanne stands there, stunned by his misfortune. He looks down and sees the shaft of his own arrow protruding from one hand. “AHHHHHHH!!!!!” He reaches to pull out the arrow, but finds a dagger stabbed into the other hand. “AHHHHHHH!!!!!” Tanne pulls out the dagger with his teeth, then breaks off the arrow and pulls it through his hand.
“Glad I could be of service, Admiral. My pain is your pleasure.” Tanne bows again.

Tea chuckles at Tanne's performance. Glad to have the focus moved from the previous displays of cruelty to a joking laughter at the expense of one of their own. He silently thanks Tanne for his unintentional failure and personal pain.

”Overall, not too bad. A bit bold for an introduction perhaps, but all things considered that could have gotten much worse. Fortune favors you.” He says in a low voice.

"Much thanks, matey. Can I call you matey?" Tanne flexes his recently repaired hand. "I imagine in my new position as the Admiral's Jester, you'll likely be seeing a lot of me. I'll try not to ruin your fine work so quickly."
