Seeing an ally in trouble, Lord Orgosh waits until the Dragon passes above him, then fires a arrow from behind it. Hopefully, it will veer off when confronted with an unseen enemy.
(( I am actually using Maneuvering Attack. If I hit, Gos can move an additional distance of up to half their speed without provoking an attack of opportunity, and I add 1d8 to the damage. )) (( To Hit = 17, To Damage = 5 ))
LordOrgosh (Gos is about 300ft away from you and over the outcropping from which your camp is nestled. She currently cannot hear or see you so the Maneuvering Attack would not work. You would at least need to climb over for her to hear.)
Waiting until the perfect moment, you let your arrow fly towards the dragon as it passes overhead, but you miscalculate the speed of this dragon and the arrow falls short.
(You can now see the dragon pretty clearly and if you wish, you can roll a nature or history check to determine more about it.)

Gos starts to panic just a little bit as she hears the rocks slide down around her and the dragon focus right on her. She raises the musket, lines it up, waits until the dragon looks within range, and squeezes down on the trigger, feeling and hearing the distinctive click-pop of the flintlock striking the pan. Attack: 28 Damage: 15
After, she tries to duck out of line of the dragon and move away, hoping that her dark coat helps her blend in with the area. Nimble Escape: BA Hide: 19
EDIT: I decided that I'm gonna use a grit point for Dazing Shot, dragon needs to make a DC 14 Con save or have disadvantage on attacks till its next turn, and I'll also use Fury of the Small, +3 damage to it (9 total).
Erskine jumps and lunges forward, and as his hands and feet hit the ground he transforms into a great white horse. Galloping over the terrain, Erskine rushes towards the camp, hoping to carry out as many of the expedition party as he can.
(Wild shape into riding horse, 60 ft. movement speed, 120 ft. dash)
Lord Orgosh Thinking back to your days in the war college, you remember reading a book about the dragon civil war that happened thousands of years ago. Based off this dragon's size, you are certain that this is an an adult white dragon. Adult dragons are hundreds of years old and are known to level entire towns and armies. Because of their age they are very rare since all dragons now a days are unintelligent beasts and are typically hunted by adventurers or killed by other means before they reach adulthood.
Gos Your shot rings true and strikes the dragon directly in the chest, but it doesn't seem to phase it as directly as you had hoped. You duck into hiding behind one of the large boulders next to Conductor. You are both certain you have managed to evade the dragons eyesight. However, as it flies overhead it lashes it's great big tail at the boulders surrounding the kobold campsite. Shattering the great rocks.
Gos and Conductor Make a dex save to avoid the debris created by the dragon demolishing the boulders.
Erskine In your horse shape, you rush quickly back towards the camp. The dragon flies overhead, seeing you but paying no attention. It seems to be fixated on the kobolds and Gos.

On seeing the dragon ignore the camp and head for the kobalds and Gos, Erskine lets out an exasperated whinny, wheels back on himself, and beelines towards Gos. The Kobalds are on their own.
Insight check on the Dragon to see if is just hunting or if it seems more...determined than that
Erskine Hard to tell, but its focus is more on what it can see. You saw the shot Gosmade on the dragon and even though it struck it dead in the chest, it didn't flinch and lost interest after she became hidden. Its tail swipe at the rocks as more of an in passing action as it pursued the visible kobolds.
Seeing that there isn’t any cover between where he is and the expedition camp Ardyn decides to take the risk before the dragon passes over he dashes toward the camp.

Gosand Conductor The boulder shatters with the swipe of the dragon's tail, sending debris flying towards you. Conductoryou take 7 bludgeoning damage and Gosyou take half.
Erskine Within your horse form, you manage to make it back to camp and findLord Orgoshand the rest of the dwarves hiding amongst the rocks and crevices of the outcropping where your camp was. The dwarves appear very frightened and Brottor is muttering to himself, "There can't be one this big...we have to leave...we have to leave.."
Ardyn It will still take you some time to get there, Erskine in his horse form is twice as fast as you
Lord Orgosh, in a commanding voice, speaks over Brottor and the Dwarves. "Do not panic. Stay under cover where you are. If it appears to come too close, I will draw it away. Death is what you pay me for."
(( @DM - Does it come back around in our direction? ))
