Your team has been tasked to kill or capture the hobgoblin warlord in charge of the Goblinoid Army. Your mission is fully sanctioned by the Eternal Elemental Coven and the Frelian Defense Forces. You will leave by the North Gate of Freeport and head east to the outskirts of the camp of the Goblinoid Army.
11. The weak swordsman clings to his instrument. It is better you have a sword, but death must lie under your fingernails, if need be. Learn death with your elbows, death with your knees, and death with your thumbs and fingertips. It is said death with the tongue is useful, but I find words too soft an instrument to smash a man’s skull.
Prim arrives at the North gate, walking briskly, with what appears to be full gear (backpack, bedroll, etc). She has a serious, even nervous expression from a distance but forces a smile when she gets there.
"Good morning everyone. It's good to see you again. So, to get an idea of my capabilities, I have spells that can cause an arrow worth of damage, more if I get lucky, at about the rate you attack, at about 250 ft range. I hope that makes things more clear." She smiles more genuinely now.

Okay. If everyone is ready, Sergeant Sloan arrives at the North Gate in the late morning after you have breakfasted and gotten your gear ready. On his authority, you have no problem going through the gate. He tells you to follow the road north for a couple of hours until it comes to a fork, then take the right-hand road east. You will reach the camp by dusk, just before nightfall. I need a party stealth check.

Act with the party to hide if they do and see if the party is being stealthy or attacking. If stealthy she'll hide & sneak.
If anyone attacks, she:
1. Unless there are plans of "you attack this one", she attacks the Bugbear (BB) in the rear (or who is sent to warn the army) with Fire Bolt (if there's no risk of fire spreading out of control, like lots of dry vegetation they should have noticed on the trek. In which case chill touch instead.
2. Unless a BB takes damage before she acts, & is within 60 ft, then Toll the Dead

(sorry, I wasn't seeing replies using the D&DB cell app. I don't know if it's showing up, on the game records but I just rolled 20 to hit. I took a screenshot if needed.
The die roller is showing up on the app but not here.
OK, now I see the D20 and D8 roll on the game log. Damage of 8

Waltz is waiting by the north gate for the rest of the party.

Primrose Perianth? Rhi? Vanessa Hunter? Are you all ready to go?

Waltz looks over. "Thank you for the clarification. I work better as a one on one fighter."

Rhi should probably scout ahead and do the party stealth check since he has the highest modifier.
You see four bugbears approaching.
How far away are they in rounds?

About two rounds. They do not see you.
Waltz will cast Hunter's Mark on the closest bugbear and roll stealth.

Let me know when & which to roll.
The bugbear notices Waltz's hunter's mark on him. Everyone roll initiative.
