From where you stand you're a stones throw away from the observatory, the open air market, the enclosed structure thst was also a market, basically a mall, and the fallen tower of Necromancy.
I'm just going to tell you that the missing inscription from the tower of Divination is in the observatory. So eons already paying the toll for the info, may as well have it.
Angus whispers to his companions, "We need the information in that observatory. I'm not sure how powerful these creatures are, but a nice fireball might be a good way to start things off here..."

Chadderlay whispers back.
"If one fireball is good then two must be great. I'll join you in firing off some spells Angus."

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
(ooc: that came right out of the gate being flagged... not edited or anything, wtf is going on with D&DBeyond?)

All the magen are medium, I just thought it was hard to distinguish the tokens. The ones with pink circles are the galven magen you encountered earlier in the lightning ball arena.
I don't know why I put Chadderlay so far from Mr. Fancy. Feel free to put the cat wherever you'd like.
<First initiative roll was 20 hours ago. I think I'll move ahead to keep posting momentum. Akame and Tetrevess can still roll initiative but I'm not planning to do a hard retcon of thus round if they roll high and drop ine if them. If we don't like this option moving forward, a simple alternative is for me to roll those initiatives now, but if they are high, we're still waiting in thise posts, so it doesn't really help with posting momentum. Still, you can let me know if that's what we should do>
Edit: just realizing nobody has actually done anything yet that woukd cause the constructs to attack, so I guess they're all on hold action, undisclosed.
Angus, Chadderlay, Akame and Tetrevess can all act, but may potential trigger an immediate reaction from magen/s
Chadderlay will use his action to temporarily dismiss Mister Fancy into his pocket dimension.

<my intention of overleveling the PCs for the adventure was to make combat move faster and facilitate the power-fantasy aspect of the game. I don't think it's working.>

Angus cuts deep into the armored construct. Any sense that the magucal creation is a humanoid is lost when what looks like mercury starts to seep from the wounds. The magen uis seriously injured. But it does not slow its reaction to the intrusion.
Galven magen 3 discharges a 50ft bolt of staic, dealing 22 lightning damage to Angus on a failed DC14 Dex save, made with disadvantage due to wearing metal armor, or ½ as much on success.
Galven magen 1 moves to flank Chadderlay, while demos magen 3 rushes toward Samogri.
The hypnos magen makes a strongly worded suggestion to Tetrvess, telling the wizard "the safest thing to do right now is turn around and walk away until you're far removed from this place." telepathically (which is helpful, since it can only speak Loross)
Ahh never mind then
So, can I get anyone to do anything?

“Well Angus if you are right for once just remember to hit them and when you do make sure they don’t have that death mark on then” Sam replies

The hypnos magen telepathically orders intruders to leave the area. Defying this order prompts the magen to attack.
>The iron door at the base of the observatory is welded shut from the outside and must be broken down
Sam will cast cure wounds on himself first at 3rd level

(not sure the plural of magen)
Everyone is up.
Bump

(OOC LOL Angus' comment about the fireball was in hopes that one of the wizards would... you know... cast a fireball. Guess that's not happening...?)
The paladin will (BA) cast shield of faith] on himself and then charge at Demos Magen #2.
First longsword Attack: 22 Damage: 15 magical slashing + 6 radiant damage
Second longsword Attack: 16 Damage: 14 magical slashing + 8 radiant damage
