Randy Dex Save: 12 + Another Flash of Genius bringing it up to 15
"Urgh... good thing Rixi helped me to resist this better... I'm sure we've got this in the bag!. Ethan! Help the new guys search for the exit! Me and the rest will hold the frontlines until you've found it! And leave them stunned. I'm not in the position to take lives again!"
BA at the one who hurled the fireball: Attack: 15 Damage: 6 force damage
Action: Dropping his cannon, he smashes his fists on the ground and conjures A gusty wall to block the entire stairway and delay them as much as they can. (Whoever is in the way or tries to move through the windy blockade: DC 16 STR or get hurled back to their own side with 19 Bludgeoning)
Free action: Move 15ft towards Ethan before he maintain his infantry stance again in case his wall gets breached.

Trisk will cast Major Image and create the illusion of a huge block of stone wedged in the doorway, side to side and floor to ceiling so that it is airtight, and have it be 3 feet thick so that it extends out into each room from each side.

"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
DEX save: 10 (natural 1), with Evasion he takes half damage from a failed DEX save: 11 damage.
With the way out blocked by a wind wall and a stone wall illusion, CW move next to Inquisitor 2 and ties him up. To the group he asks, "What's the plan? We need to get out, but we just blocked the way."
<Nobody asked, so probably not. Unlikely relevant at this point, perhaps if you want to sneak out of it, but windows lock from the inside and you're already inside, so an unlocked window is no better than a locked one. Also, it's in the 1st floor (US reckoning, ground floor, otherwise,) which is currently above you.>
"I don't even know what we're supposed to look out for. Are we trying to find some escape hatch or hidden door or what? Or should I bash open the window and we all jump out? I need to know." Ethan impatiently mutters as he ties up the last stunned person in this room and whips his head to see if there's anything that he can pry open or find to escape in case the window isn't an option. He's not keen on killing any more people either. (Perception: 10)

<There's no window. You're in a subterranean torture chamber. It's called the Chamber of Answers. >
You've got two restrained, unconscious inquisitorz and a dead one. The one that let you in the building is presumably either upstairs or on the stairs. There's a wind wall filling tbe lower stairway.
Plenty of torture devices around the room. A rack, an iron maiden (not a historical torture device, btw) thumbscrews, and the like.
<ooc: anybody see the Grim Hollow Lairs kf Etharis content, yet? It's got a crafting system, not far from what I described mo ths ago, with harvesting. Especially after the recent cou terapell duel, I was drawn to the magic mirror (not sure if this tooltip will work). I like it much better than counterspell, and would make it available to appropriate classes (probably anyone who can cast counterspell)
"If there's no info you want from those guys or any other escape route we may as well bolt up the stairs whilst the defences are up! Hurry!"Ethan yells as he prepares to dash upstairs alongside anyone who follows him. If no one decides to move he will stay with them.

(Normally I just move ahead and ask for retcons feom players thar haven't posted yet. Last two spell effects ceeated obstacles, so I'm not super eager to forego two player's turns before acting. That said, I think I'll move ahead.)
The trooper in the stairs. Hearing rhe casting of a spell, though unaware if its effect, lobs a spear down the stairs, which abruptly changed its path of flight a few feet later, as a wall if wind erupted in the stairs, driving the spear into the ceiling overhead. At the bottom of the stairs lay a wall where a moment prior stood but a door, newly blown off its hinges by a barrage of magjc missiles.
"Inquisitor Nalak! The intruders have summoned a barrier of stone, and there blows on the stairs a fierce gale!"
A moment later, visible only to the creator of the illusory stone edifice and its summoner, there appears within the image, a spectral hand. The hand feels around the empty space, gesturing like a model on the price is right, showing off the ephemeral nature of the seemingly solid wall.
"It's illusion magic. The wind is real. Hold your positions and be ready for them to emerge from the stone. Shields at the ready!" Calls the inquisitor to her troopers.
<ooc: is it too late to heal Jigor, or could CW heal him with a potion of healing? I think it's been 2 rounds since he died but don't know how badly he was hurt.>
(gonna be busy for the next 2 weeks so I'm posting in advance) If it helps, Randy goes over to Jigor, pulls out a diamond and causes it to glow bright orange before he places it on his chest as it disappears (In other words, on his next turn, he'll cast Revivify)

Players are up. A trooper used an acrton and the inquisitor used an action. The others are waiting (held actions). Players are currently up.
Not sure if that answers the question. Whatever it is, just do it.
Further, we use bifurcation side initiative. After the first round, it's really just all players go. The only caveat us effect that trigger on an initiative count like lair actions or environmental effects. NPC sides' initiatives are fixed based on their stats and PCs roll to go before the NPCs on round one.
Trisk will use his Illusory Reality feature to make the illusion of the stone wedge that completely blocks the doorway real for 1 minute.
"That will give us time to properly search for an alternate way out. If there isn't one then we can use the time to plan and prepare our next move."

You've got time. What do you want to do? There's not much down here. If you're reviving Jigor, he's still screaming from the scorpions and assorted torture. Want to chat?

After Randy has cast Revivify on Jigor, CW takes the restraints off of him and pulls out a potion of healing and hands it to him. "This will help a little." Healing: 7
To the others he says through the telepathic link, I can cast Faerie Fire once to hopefully make the invisible spellcaster visible, but that is only useful if we are fighting our way out. Ethan has already looked for another escape rout and didn't find any.
CW looks around the room again for any other way out.
Investigation in log: 8
<ooc: sorry for not picking up on the no killing inquisitors theme earlier. Is it possible to retcon CW not doing that?>

The one who hurled a fireball remains invisible and a direct shot in that direction will miss (she moved, wouldn't be targeted even if visible)
