The walls of this black marble mausoleum are lined with hundreds of niches, each holding an ivory urn set with gold, silver, and precious gems. A dozen gray marble tables arrayed across the floor are encrusted with blood and ichor.
In the north side of the room, a ten-foot-diameter circle of runes and black onyx fragments is set into the floor. It exudes wisps of shadowy energy that look like curling black smoke..
As the woman releases her spell, Picollo is suddenly surrounded by webs. A 20ft cube of web manifests around the girl, filling the whole corner of the hallway.
The strange girl plays what sounds like mocking laughter on her piccolo as she shakes her head in pity.
Then suddenly, the sound just cuts off in mid tune as she casts SILENCE, *trying to get two casters in the radius, she casts it slightly behind the first.
For the duration, no sound can be created within or pass through a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point you choose within range. Any creature or object entirely inside the sphere is immune to thunder damage, and creatures are deafened while entirely inside it.
She then dashes (half movement), and will use a bonus action to eye her target for good places to hit (steady aim).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Technically, they already cast the spells being held before they were seen, so silence won't work in those, but could prevent future casting unless they move out of the spells aoe. Per the map at time of writing, Picollonis inside a solid stone wall (fog of war makes it less apparent, that's why i mention it.) To get to tbe adjacent open space would require moving past Thuria, giving him an aoe, but first... 1 is good, 2 is bad 1
Through the dense webs that fill the space, Picollo notices the faint outline of a square section of floor with a slightly wider grout between stones thsn the rest, she chooses to avoid it.
In this snapshot, the silence spell does not effect the space occupied by Picollo, but does get both casters, or you can move it down and right or however else you choose.
Tetrevess casts dispel magic on the webs, and moves into the corner. He launches one of the stars of light still orbiting his head at the woman. 24 to hit, 32 radiant damage if that hits.
Randy follows the rest at a slower pace than everyone else, but eventually, he locks his gaze on his target whilst staying out of the silence range. "You ain't going nowhere this time, bozo!" He snarls.

(sorry to be a pain, but if my silence spell worked, unless it was readied last round, not sure the fireball could be cast, as it has a verbal component?)

Trisk will use his Blessing of the Raven Queen feature to bypass where the web was (and the possible trap Piccolo spotted?) and appear 30 feet into the room and about 10 feet from the remaining wizard. Once he appears there he will cast Nathair's Mischief with the Mischievous Surge roll being 2
Trisk should be about 10 feet North of the wizard, somewhere along that wall and within the silence.
I want the 20 foot cube from my spell to catch the enemy wizard in the Northeast corner of it's aoe.

With drops of molasses hovering in the air and making the 20 foot cube difficult terrain, Trisk will use his free action to draw his dagger and then move to within melee of the enemy wizard.

As pictured, I have the wights on tbe tabkes but I've described them as standing. That's an artifact and I should have e moved them, but I'll leave them where they are, I guess they're standing on those tables.

The webs are difficult terrain and lightly obscure their area. Picollo: make a DC15 Dex save to avoid becoming restrained.
