Trisk only has a minute with the 'real' wheelbarrow so the ride away from danger will be a somewhat short one.
It should get them a good distance away while the enemies are being tied up.
"You have to be more careful here! I don't think it's safe for children!"

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
The first three are tied to a tree. (They popped up when the scarecrows streaked and the hag got a look) the other half of the crop sprouted when she died, which tool like 3 rounds, so we csn round upnton1 minute. Three gnomes ties to a tree and Trisk carting the kids off into the woods. The younger trio of redcaps shows up while Picollo is questioning the terrified shopkeepers. Around this time Chucklehead shows up and (if they want to) the rest of the party.
"What's going on here? " Chucklehead calls to the candy market before seeing the source of the chaos, "Redcaps." He spits, the word suffused with disgust.
Stares briefly into the corpse of the hag, his struggles grow more frantic as he sees the horror of the beetle pop out of her head. He snaps free and stands.
(I assume it was his action to break free, so won't start slashing until next turn).
I'm sure you all have higher initiative than the redcaps (14). If you want to attack them, just do it. I am guessing the hold up is abstract distances since I haven't put them on a map or anything. Don't worry about it it's just abstract.
Moving towards the redcaps threateningly, Uriel says, "Surrender now and cease your attacks on the innocent civilians, or we will slaughter you!"
He stands in front of the little creatures and between them and any of the marketplace sellers, ready to strike if the redcaps do not heed his warning!

Uriel:
As the redcap ignores Uriel’s warning and starts to push past with the intent to attack one of the marketplace sellers, Uriel lashes out with a roundhouse kick, hoping to save the merchant’s life.
(Readied Action)
Unarmed Attack: Attack: 17 Damage: 13
DC 18 Constitution Save or stunned one round from Stunning Strike
Then three of the miserable little critters mass attack him—and Uriel has all he can do to protect himself (AC 24 with Agile Parry), though he still takes one slicing hit!

Piccolo will attack, drawing two thorny tiny daggers from her arm sleeve, expertly and almost carelessly tossing them at the ones attacking Uriel (aiming for one that is wounded)
She is quite irritated that she gave some of these guys grace, by not killing them, and yet they seem intent on attacking.
To hit: 28 Damage: 12 magical piercing
to hit: 19, Damage: 9 magical piercing, sneak attack: +6 additional damage (total 15). She will use cunning action (bonus action) to move 30 feet back (unless this would trigger an opportunity attack. If it would, she will fey step: So DM let me know please).
(Hard to use in play by post but I'll try): As a reaction for (this round if allowed, or the next round (she will play an extremely high-pitched noise that is not heard by most) to hurt one of the assailants and hopefully affect his attack roll (Cutting words/aka, cutting sounds: Reduce one to hit roll by 5).
Well you're reaction can be move or attack. So either you choose to take you're whole turn after the decapitation occurs or you can move to the redcap, who did the decapitation, as a reaction. Either way, the vendor's dead.
Assuming the former, since it also lists An attack, here's the save vs stun.
Con 13 v stun (DC18)
Seeing the chaos unfolding in the market, Chucklehead stands agape. "No. This csnt be." With a look of worries turning ro determination he whispers the name, "Mishka." With that he draws his scimitar and slashes at the nearest redcap ashe fights his way theough to the door on the northeast of the log. "Hold on. I'm coming. Nobody's going to hurt you."
1 22 for 5
2 8 for 5
<Cutting words for one of the 8 attacks that miss Uriel? ("bounded accuracy")>
<redcaps can't reason they are hate personified they have zero compassion and zero remorse they live only for bloodshed.>
<Cunning action being Disengage? No aoo, then. Otherwise I think moving 30ft after a melee attack normally would proc aoo.>

Tied to a tree. Shake the shop owners to deal with them. Drop her spell if owners are not hostile.
She will also disarm those tied up.

Drain will stand and start carving up the rugs......after which he will grab the keys that dropped.
Cool.
Drain has three keys. Where to next? (You're only in the second room of the building.)
Does anyone want to make an attack against the redcaps or anything?
(OOC: If the redcaps are near Piccolo, she will attack them)
So attack them.
