Eberk discovers an interesting bush with leaves that smell familiar and seem related to type used by the priests near his home temple.
Eberk discovers the menga bush, though he doesn’t know what it is called. He has a hunch the leaves have medicinal properties. He can gather 7 leaves.
Menga Leaves
The dried leaves of a menga bush can be ground, dissolved in a liquid, heated, and ingested. A creature that ingests 1 ounce of menga leaves in this fashion regains 1 hit point. A creature that ingests more than 5 ounces of menga leaves in a 24-hour period gains no additional benefit and must succeed on a DC 11 Constitution saving throw or fall unconscious for 1 hour. The unconscious creature awakens if it takes at least 5 damage on one turn.
A healthy menga bush usually has 2d6 ounces of leaves. Once picked, the leaves require 1 day to dry out before they can confer any benefit.

Sparhawk also notices a particularly sweet scent coming from nearby as he looks about for the source he notices some humanoid movements in the bushes nearby.
“Crew, are you seeing what I’m seeing, movement ahead.” The uneasy half orc says.
”Hail friends. We mean you no harm
He says louder.
As you call out these beings emerge from the bushes, heading right for you. They look to be dwarves, but their skin has a sickly yellow-white coloration. Very large, bulging green vein can be seen across their face and exposed skin. Their eyes are clouded over and there is drool dripping from their mouths. You get the feeling they are undead, but not in the same way you are used to. You have never witnessed such a condition before and these “ zombies” encircle and attack you.

Seeing they are hostile and non verbal, "Crew, we are being attacked!"

Sparhawk’s sword is indeed embed with Marduk’s power. The sword glows with holy power as it hacks into the strange form of undead. It doesn’t seem to react as the first hit sinks deep and when the second strike cleaves it in two and it crumples to the grass Sparhawk can see inside roots and a flower bud rapidly withering as its unlife expires.

Sparhawk, again happy to be taking on plantoid dwarves instead of killer vines, will yell out, "Call off your guards, we are not foes, but you force us to defend ourselves!"
He swings his holy empowered longsword, seeming to regain his confidence with each strike Attack 1: z1 (if still alive) Attack: 22 Damage: 18 plus Divine favor3
