Will you be sharing content for this Campaign? I have another character I started playing in a different Campaign (which seams to have stopped for now) that I would like to play. I just don't have access to either Drow or Soulknife. If not, no worries, just thought I'd put him out there.
Ability scores: 141516101415
Name: Akyan
Rave: Drow
Class: Soulknife
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Background: Criminal/spy
Backstory:
"Abandoned by our family, my brother and I found our way in the world by simply taking what we needed. Mind you, we only took from those who had something they didn’t need... most of the time. We moved from village to village, city to city, avoiding attention. Until one day, they found us. We fought until we could no longer stand. They beat us until we could barely breathe. I woke up a day later. In the bed of a kind soul who took pity on me. Blast me, I can’t recall his name. To my dismay, My brother wasn’t so lucky. Once I could stand, I thanked my savior and made my way to the ones who hurt me. I found three of them, at night in a tavern, laughing and drinking. Anger stirred within me. Before I knew it, they were all dead. Phantom like blades disappeared from their chests only to reappear in my hands. It scared me, but the fear was outweighed by my satisfaction. I walked into the tavern, ignoring the startled stares of those around me. I took anything valuable off the dead, then left, closing the door behind me. I made my way back to the house of my savior. I did not talk to him again, rather I left him the money I had acquired, by dropping in through the window. After all, no deed should go unrewarded, good or bad."
After Elran’s (Akyan’s brother) death, Akyan began drifting away from thievery and other petty crimes. He became a hired assassin or bounty hunter, or would take on jobs that involved stealing personal information or family heirlooms. He would travel from town to town, city to city, to find these jobs.
Note: (Akyan did not grow up among other drow. Because of this, he did not undergo the combat training that most drow go through. Elran was trained by other drow and did start training Akyan. As a result, Akyan is skilled with a blade, more skilled than the average person, but definitely not the most skilled.
Elran also affected Akyan’s view of life and how to treat others. Elran always repaid depts and acts of kindness, oftentimes with greater kindness, no matter how long it took him to do so. This part of Elran has stuck with Akyan, even if it is a bit twisted.
Elran didn’t speak of their parents much he often avoided the subject. This lead to Akyan believing that they were abandoned by their family, when in reality, it was Elran who left, taking Akyan with him to escape their abusive family.)
Elran had always been his conscious. Since he is gone, there was no one to keep Akyan walking in the right direction. Akyan never really thought about who he worked for, or questioned the motives of who hired him. Most of them wanted revenge and that was something he understood. However, eventually he started to realize that, at times, he was hurting people who didn’t deserve to be hurt.
After realizing this he reverted to his old way of living, stealing what he needed to survive. He kept on this way for a few years. Unfortunately, many towns had learned his face.
One night, he decided to sleep in a stable loft. This was something he had done when he was younger, and kept on doing, in order to get out of the weather and not have to stay in an inn. However, this time a villager had seen him go in and alerted the guards. Soon after the guards burst into the stable to arrest him. After this, an old man ran into the stable demanding to know what all the ruckus was about. The guards tried to explain, but the man denied them claiming Akyan was his stable hand.
Later Akyan learned that the man, whose name was Teff, was a retired horse soldier, who ran a large horse training/breeding/selling business. He made most of his money by capturing and training the wild horses that lived in the mountains outside the city. These horses were widely sought after for war horses.
In order to repay Teff, Akyan took on the role of stable hand. He spent about ten years living with him. In this time he learned all he knows about horses. This is where he got his first horse. Teff also gave him rights to choose a horse out of any round up whenever he needs a new mount.
Teff also had a son named Simon. Simon never protested against Akyan staying with them, but he made it clear, (to Akyan at least) that he didn’t like him. Akyan eventually found out that the reason Simon didn’t like him, was partly because he new he was a criminal, partly because he is a drow, but mostly because he didn’t like sharing the ranch with a stranger.
Akyan only left Teff’s ranch after Teff died. By that time Simon had been married, and started taking control of the ranch. A few days after Teff died, Simon told Akyan to leave saying, “Having a dark elf around is bad for business.”
After leaving Teff’s ranch, Akyan began taking on similar jobs as before. However, he was a lot more careful about who he took jobs from.
Edit: I realized i forgot to add my character alignment.
I edited this when i realized i didn't add my character alignment. I don't know if those are the original rolls or not, so if you want me to re-roll them I will.

Those rolls are fine with me. In the future, instead of editing a post with rolls in it, you might just want to "quote" it and add corrections below.
Brief Backstory: Abandoned as a child, Tamryn fell in with the wrong crowd and quickly found himself picking pockets with the thieve’s guild. He rose through the ranks, noted for his keen intellect and his quick hands. He was eventually trained as a planner, mapping out heists and scams for his fellow thieves. However, the combination of the love of a good woman and a disastrous last score led Tamryn to retire and now he walks the straight and narrow, acting as an investigator for private interests. When he was contacted by the Circle of Light, he assumed it would be just another job; now it is all he does.

Please be advised that we will cease taking new applications for the time being beginning tomorrow at high noon [Eastern Daylight]. If you have been debating whether or not to apply, then you're wishy-washy and don't bother. However, if unforeseen circumstances such as tornadoes, earthquakes, unexpected visits from your mothers-in-law, or having a teleport go awry and ending up on the plane of giant dung beetles (No, Phil, we're not going to let you forget that), anyways, if the fates have conspired against you to prevent you from submitting that application that you have been working on for weeks and totally meant to turn in on time, you have slightly less than fourteen hours to git'r'done. That is all.
Brief Backstory: Balmar grew up poor and destitute living in a small town a few days walk from any major city. His family relied on him to hunt in the woods to provide food as the landowner, George Sodaware, frequently took what little the townfolk had. One harvest the town's crops had a blight. Most of the food was inedible. Sodawares did not care and took everything leaving the townfolk to starve and fend for themselves. The townsfolk died one by one of starvation. Luckily for Balmar's family, he provided what he could by hunting. His family survived but it changed Balmar. He swore he would protect the poor from the rich, greedy, uncaring landowners and business folk like George Sodawares and stop the evil destroying the poor taking up errands and jobs for the poor who were wronged.
Morric's magic manifested unexpectedly and he could not control it in the beginning. His family threw him out onto the streets as they have had enough of his magic outbursts. There he scrounged and stole anything he needed to survive. One day he tried to pickpocket this elderly women, but she was keener and grasped his hand in a vice like grip. Afraid for his like a burst of magic spring from his body. Althea the elderly women easily deflected the spell. Her expression softened and she gave him a choice work for her or go back to the streets. He chose the former. It turns out she was a experienced in magic and the thieving arts. For quite some time he studiously trained under her and he discovered his telepathic abilities. Although he was grateful he felt discontent seeing the evil in the city. He reluctantly left his master to pursue his own goals. While rescuing a child he ran into the secret order and was recruited. Since then he has felt a satisfaction in his work.
Brief Backstory: Mina grew up on the outskirts. Her small family is part of the fishing trade and makes a decent living. The sea elves were part of a small commune that stuck to themselves but made their living trading with the nearby town. When she was old enough, she decided to go out on her own and learn more about the world, other than the sea. She figured at some point she would be back, as she missed the sea creatures about as much as she missed her family now that she has started traveling.
In her travels she has gotten good at being discreet, doing what was necessary to survive and learning the ways of the wild. As the recruitment for elves was called out, she was more than willing to go...help out the cause for good. She was excited.
Recruitment is now closed. Applications will now be vetted and reviewed by our staff, and notifications sent out to those accepted into our Circle. You will be given a time and location in the city to meet and then be conducted to our safehouse for training and further instructions. Congratulations to our selectees. And for those who were not successful, never fear, most likely these newbies will die and there will be more openings soon. Cheers.

Plot line is super cool, but stealth and espionage isn't really my cup of tea. Curious to know when/ if you'll do recruitment for team 1 and 2.
Ro Aleron (Ro the Red) -> Illithid, Wizard 8 (Chronugist) // AURYN
not in the immediate future, we'll see how this one goes. Thanks!
