Gan smiles at the guard who just slammed himself into the wall.
”How’d you Dwendies get your hands on a whole empire?”.
in the dark, Gan slips into the space between the guard and the inquisitor (never leaving melee range of either). He grabs hold of his twin lightning bolt amulet.
”Gonna set this world on fire,” Gan says.
Casts: Word of Radiance both enemy need to make a DC13 Con save or take 3 radiant damage.
Ula is going to pull out a slim metal gadget and fiddle with it for a second before it lights up and she zips down to try and undo the chains that keep the witch bound and either undo them or at least loosen them perhaps so they can pull the lady free.
Your gadget glows and casts bright light around you, and dim light on the rest of the room as you flitter around the altar attempting to free Bol'bara. You will need to pass a DC 15 DEX check with Thieves Tools to free her.
You deftly work your thieves tools into each manacle and free Bol'bara's limbs, She remains unconscious on the table. In the light of your trinket, you see that the unnatural dark cloud continues to swirl around the center of the ceiling bending down towards the goblin.
The guard is now able to make out Gan in the corner. He stabs at him with his spear (To Hit: 8) but misses the elusive kobold
The Inquisitor reels from the sudden attack. He falters but catches himself on the altar. He puts his hand to his chest and you see radiant energy glow from it as he casts cure wounds healing for 24hp. "More swamp scum. Perhaps you lot will be more forthcoming than your friend here" He then pushes his hand out, and you see a wave of force coalesce into a spiritual weapon replica of his mace to his right (north). The floating mace swings down at Stuvrak (To hit: 18, 4 force damage) catching the bugbear on the shoulder.
Morgid continues his attack on the inquisitor (To hit:13, 3 slashing + 5 Martial advantage damage)
You just miss the angry inquisitor. (which ability is cursed from hex?)
Stuvrak rubs the aching shoulder that was hit by the mace "You'll pay for that" He brings down his sword on the inquisitor (To Hit: 14, 11 slashing) and Action Surges to attack again (To Hit: 10) but his opponent is prepared and parries the second blow
Yabo is up! (you can see in the dim light from Ula's trinket now)
((How does the door open? Can he slip one of his spare weapons through a handle or hammer an axe into the gap between the door and the frame to wedge it closed?))

The door has a handle and a lock. It opens away from you. Since it didn't budge when you braced against it, you can tell that it's locked. You haven't sensed anyone trying to get in. Yes, you could hinder someone from opening it from the other side by sliding something between the handle and the frame (can use a free object interaction if it's simple)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Yabo reaches up and grabs one of his javelins (on a 1, he grabs the 'premium spear' instead: 5) and slides it through the handle before turning and advancing on the inquisitor, blocking their access to Bol'bara and Ula if possible, as he slashes viciously at them with his claws.
Reckless Attack: 17 Damage: 9

The inquisitor meets your attack confidently at first but as your claws continue raining down on him his expression turns to on of pure fear. Finally a claw hooks under his chin and cuts his throat and he collapses dead.
On seeing him fall, the guard immediately lowers his spear and whimpers "Yield... I Yield"
The dark cloud has now swirled into a funnel which is reaching down and nearly touching Bol'bara's chest
We are still in initiative order. Gan you can adjust your action if you wish.
”Somebody should tie him up or kill him or something.”
Instead of doing that himself though, Gan quickly gets to the table and pulls the unconscious goblin off and away from the dark funnel, dragging her as far as can you the outside.
Gan as you pull her out of the room, you feel as if you are pulling an extra weight along with you. The cloud follows you out and when you get outside it joins up with the raging storm which has been circling the fort. Lightning lances chaotically across the sky. You've gained a few more seconds but it still moves towards her. Roll an Arcana or Religion check to make sense of this phenomenon.
Ula you can make the same check ahead of your turn
Ula, you can discern that this is not the work of the inquisitor. Chaotic energy appears to be piercing the veil between Shadowfell and this world. Something is taking advantage of Bol'bara's weakness and using her as a conduit.
Ula, you have just moments to act. What do you do?

Both take the 3 damage from the radiant blast. Ula is up!

The ball of dark energy coalesces above Onizos as he starts muttering dark things. “…trade pain for pain…”
eldritch blast

Gan lowers his sword when the guard yields.

Onizos has no qualms.
Moving hex to that guard.
Eldritch blast
22 to hit
5 force damage + 5 necrotic damage
As he does so, Onizos will back away to the makeshift hole in the wall that Ula created.
If that doesn't finish him off, he has no doubt that Yabo can do the job.
