Bol'bara sees his disappointment. "I won't stop you from attempting to get another fragment if you choose, but I'd suggest instead you return to Urzin with us. I'm sure Lord Buhfal will make the part you played out here worthwhile"
Morgid says, "Ok with that out of the way, we best be moving"
All, With Morgid and Bol'bara you are able to retrace your steps back to Urzin. If you desire to divert to any areas you didn't visit on the way in let me know, otherwise you can reach Urzin without incident.
Onizos has no desire to go mucking about in the swamp any longer than necessary (in fact I believe he failed his connsave against contracting swamp sickness) so he would prefer to return straight to Urzin.
((yes, I'm a little burry on the timing, but I think you had 3 days before symptoms started and I believe it's been one day since then. Heading straight back will take a little over two days so your symptoms will kick in just before Urzin))
The party makes their way through the Brokenveil Bluffs and back into the swamp. You slog through the swamp. It isn't pleasant, but with your experience with this route and Bol'bara's familiarity with the area, you are able to find comfortable dry ground to rest and avoid trouble. (You can take 2 long rests).
Eventually, you step into a clearing which stretches for miles to the north and south. You've found the trail of the massive horizonback tortoises and are quickly able to catch up. Onizos, as the party finds the trail, the days in the swamp catch up with you. You begin feeling feverish and fatigued (you suffer one level of exhaustion). A rope ladder is thrown down from one of the central tortoises and you climb abord the walking city.
As you make your way towards Lord Buhfal's hut some of the citizens recognize Bol'bara and cheer her return. When you enter Buhfal's chamber it's clear that he has gotten word of your return and is hastily trying to put together a feast. Servants shuffle about, bringing in pillows and food. An injured orc enters from a back room carrying too many steins of ale. He trips over a loose floorboard and spills the ale. Lord Buhfal is so busy barking at the orc that he doesn't notice the party come in. Morgid forces a polite cough and Buhfal turns to you.
"Bol'bara! It is very good to see you back to us safely. Where on earth have you been?”
“An unfortunate visit to Fort Venture, but your champions arrived just in time” She waves her arm to the you all as she walks across the room and takes up a position behind Buhfal.
“Oh yes, yes” Buhfal blunders “you have done a great deed for Urzin. Bol’bara is essential to protecting this city from the empire and protecting its independence from the Kryn Dynasty”
“Sit, eat, have a drink” He looks over Onizos “Some of look like you could use it. And of course we’ll get you your payment” He pulls the injured orc over, “Bring 200 gold for each of…” He notices Gan for the first time “... I thought there were only four of them…” Bol’bara jabs her elbow into his side “... of course, 200 for each of them.”
“Tell me, how many Dwendalians did you dispatch with my premium weapons?”
Yabo coughs into a clawed fist. "None, for 'eself, 'y Lord. 'Ut when we 'agicked through the 'ack of their fort, your spear was what ke't the Dwends from 'reaking into the roo' 'efore we esca'ed with 'Ol'ara over the wall. Unfortunately it's in the hands of the Dwend's now, 'ut so'eday I 'ean to take it off the dead 'ody of their Ca'tain."

Ula accepted the gold then shrugged. "I'd say it was more of a stealth mission than smashing in the front gates! We were clever though! Caught them by surprise I think!"
“My preferred method of attack is at range with certain dark magics that I’ve been developing. But I still have that fine dagger you gave me, and I fine addition to my arsenal it is. You never know when cold hard steel will be needed instead of magic!”
He will fetch the dagger from his pack to show it off.
"Hmm, they've each brought me bloody victory before" he muses, "I suppose the warrior makes the weapon..." He drifts off but then snaps back to attention. "Anyway, you are all welcome here in Urzin as long as you like. Though with fresh coin in your pockets, you should consider heading north to Jigow. The Festival of Merit should be starting any day now. A group of adventurers such of yourselves could do quite well there."
The feast continues through the night. The party gathers at the highest point of the horizonback's shell and watches the sun rise over the Xhorhan Waste. You know your adventures in this land are just getting started.
The End

Gan looks down at the now dull rock and sighs, knowing the temple won’t be happy with this now.

Map of the swamp:
Ula is perfectly content to make a beeline for the base.

Yabo is eager to complete the mission and get Bol'bara back safe.

Gan hates the swamp so he’s happy to go straight back too.
