Warren smiles at the giant, "There sure is. And I bet I'll beat you too!"He almost laughs when both the giant and the elf fail their first attempts. "Hah! I bet you'll have a couple more scars in your collection after this is over!" He yells at Adam.
Certain he has this in the bag, he takes off.

And promptly fails along with the others. Cursing, he tries again, after all, they are all on an even playing ground now.

He fails yet again, getting hit harder than the last time. Grumbling, as Beshlog manages to finish the course before he does, he prepares to try a third time.
Acrobatics: 17
Now that he actually succeeded, he brushes himself off and smiles, "Well, I suppose I'm a bit rusty."
As Adam talks over his shoulder, he fails to note the rope was actually out of reach. He continues onward and falls at the first jump. Yet his mishap grows worse as on the way down he is struck by a mace.
Scaling the wall and rope easily, Beshlog rings the gong. He smiles... it takes a little bit of the sting away from the embaressment of the last trial. He looks back to see how everyone else is doing.
(As both the first and second roll is less than 7, both will result in damage.)
Beshlog's first two attempts are met with more harsh consequences as the maces bash against him, bruising him and knocking him off course.
Total bludgeoning damage dealt: 4
Can I use Stone's Endurance to not take damage, or would I have to blow both uses to negate the damage entirely?
( They are two separate tries so yes, you need to use two. Bell is still in the lead, I'm counting the fails as taking time. And Bell beats most if she succeeds the next try, as she has only 1 fail so far.. So far Mirelda has none failed so she wins the race if she succeeds the next two checks. Or Zaridil can do a clean sweep)
The third part is the mace swing, Swing from ropes through spinning wheels of maces. Dexterity(Acrobatics) DC of 12
As Adam talks over his shoulder, he fails to note the rope was actually out of reach. He continues onward and falls at the first jump. Yet his mishap grows worse as on the way down he is struck by a mace.
Bludgeoning damage dealt: 3
The swinging mace hits Adam with a loud 'CRACK!!' against his plate armor. Some of bystanders let out auditable gasps follow by a course of wincing "Ooooooh!", as Adam hits the ground. HARD.
Swiping away the winged swine flying around his head, he says, "Did anyone get the name of thatspace galleonthat hit me?"
Adam picks himself up off the floor and looks up stretching backward. A series of loud pops andcracks from his back as he lets out a sore groan.
"Alright, let's try this again." he says as he makes another attempt at it.
Muck wraps himself around the entire pole ingesting the pole inside his body and then slowly inches himself up the pole to slowly but surely climb his way up to the top. "I was not expecting to get this one on my first try but I will take it." he says.
Adam takes to the high wall with an easy half jump-climb and follows up at the slippery pole by using a one-hand-at-a-time pullup with his feet squeezing at the bottom. As he reaches the top, he rings the gong.
He flexes and lets out a battle cry, "OOOH YEAH! GET SOME!!!"
Warren, determined not to be the last up the wall dashes up it as fast as he can. Despite his efforts he is still unable to catch up to Adam. He sounds the gong, but not with nearly as much enthusiasm as the elf.

Adam lets out a hearty laugh!
"Many who have given me a battle scar, have said the same thing!" Adam replies to Warren and dashes for the next obstacle.
He looks over his shoulder at Warren to gloat some more. "But as you can see! I'm still standing on my fee-".

(OOC: kind of assuming Bellona wears black robes and stuff based on the fact that she's a Death Cleric, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong).
Unhappy that the market got rid of individual purchases for one-off subclasses, magic items, and monsters?

The white sliver is once again added with another, this one crossing the others.
You see dwarf shaking the half-orc,
"See what I told you! Don't doubt my hunch!" He shoves the half-orc playfully as they watch as you all approach the final part of the course.
The last part of the course, the high wall, climb a slippery pole and ring a gong at the top, Strength(Athletics) DC 12

(Got it, thanks for the clerification. And Beshlog will use his Stone's Endurance on both the failed attempts to preserve his 8 hit points.)

Bellona slips as she nears the top but not badly. She redoubles her effort and tries again!

Now climbing was not Mirelda's forte by miles. Does not mean she would not try her best of course but that took everything she got.
