Godshell Stellaquaris Phorcys - Wizard Astéri - Auryn : Lord of Darkness Urzan Baeldon - Paladin ördög - Stranger Things: Hunt for the Thessalhydra
You receive a letter. I carries the sigil of Sir Tristan, a benevolent lord whom you have been hired by in the past; you know he is a good lord and he has shown to be trustworthy before. The letter reads:
”My humble servant, I am writing to you because I know you are a capable warrior. My town has been overrun by a terrible mality. My people are attacked nightly by a horrible monster. Myself and my guards have continued to fight the thing off but I have lost too many men, too many resources and I fear for the safety of my people. Please, come with the greatest of haste in this, our greatest hour of need. Humbly, Sir Tristan”
The first 4-5 adventurers to arrive at Sir Tristan’s keep will be the ones to take on the mission.

Snikkit Sparks, Goblin Artificier is ready for duty, Sir Tristan!
The girl who stands in front of the town gate looks like, for lack of a better word, a very stout and short Elf or remarkably slim and tall Dwarf. She strokes her amber color hair and looks up at the guards with a pair of sparkling blue eyes.
" Hi it's me, Betty. Bettina Redcat. I was called so I came. Where is the monster you want me to cook?"
Dueragn arrived at Sir Tristan's keep as quickly as he could. How could he deny a call to him personally for help, it would besmirch his honor. The family business would have to wait for him to return home from this quest. His mind did wander from time to time on the trip to his brother Maketh, his sudden illness worried Dueragn, but the Battlemades had called on their finest healers, and he was in good hands.
Arriving behind a very stout and short Elf, or a remarkably slim and tall dwarf Dueragn announced himself with a subtle *ahem* as he approached. "Prince Dueragn Battlemade to see Sir Tristan, answerin' his call as the lady is"
as you made your way through the town you can tell that it is not as lively as you remember it the last time Sir Tristan had hired you. There are not friendly people making conversation on the streets nor children running gleefully. The shutters to the shops are mostly closed and the only patrons milling about seem to be those who would be considered necessary jobs
Ahh panic! Please consider my panic made elf rogue (neutral good) for your consideration! I've tried to adjust to the existing party's needs (dexterity, can attack far, can pick locks) but I rolled pretty bad for starting gold so I could only afford the bare necessities lol...although I won't steal if you're not ok with it!

You all arrive just after dawn; the near-full moon setting just as the sun is rising into the main hall of Sir Tristan. It is modestly lavish, as he is a prosperous lord yet humble. Once he sees you all arrive he stands and meets the gaze of each of you out of respect. “Thank you all for coming so quickly. I’ll get to the point. Our town has been attacked each night by a vicious, multi-headed beast we have been calling the Thessalhydra. It started attacking on the outskirts, devouring crops and livestock. My people fled for their lives when it seemed that the beasts hunger would not be satiated. My guards would drive it off each night, following into the forest, but it would seemingly vanish without a trace. We tried to track it to its lair, but it left no tracks behind. I fear my people cannot survive another attack since we have nothing left for it to devour besides the people themselves. My plea to you is this: hunt down this beast and slay it. For the good of my people and for me. I beseech you all most desperately.”
He looks to each of you to see if you will accept this quest…

((I hope you're okay with me rolling rolls! I haven't done rps here for a while so I don't know if this is good. The last dm encouraged us just to roll to save time but if you don't like it, please let me know!))

An elf girl of about 4'6" + 10 height lowers her hood, revealing silver-white hair like that of an ancient elf, but her face and intense blue eyes was from someone a lot younger.
"I-umm-that sounds a little bit..you know, scary," she piped up in a small voice, "But if it's for you, compassionate Sir Tristan, I'll do my best!"
Forgotten Realms, I believe.

Hi there! I popped by in this thread because it says "recruiting". Do you have room for one more?
I think so
