Illouise says, "Well... I can't fight so I would be worried to go alone. However, Mr-er- Dr. Enric can protect me." She points to the remains of the flesh puppets scattered about. "When we took cover here, there were already these monsters here. The good doctor was the one who took them out before we ducked into the cellar." The doctor rubs the leathery hood and says, "Ah-yes. I would like a cadaver but it seems that the risk is too great. I should be going back and returning to council... Unless of course, you think you would require my assistance to complete your task."
Valwaryn puts a hand on Illouise shoulder and replies to her in elven.
"I know you can´t fight, at least not as them " he says looking to his armored friends " but still you had survived and endured this ordeal, wich is remarkable. We will decide what is the best course of action to keep you that way ok?" he smiles to her.
"You can take the arm and the water " he says consulting with the rest of the party with his glance. " I think we are sort of hands here, but then again I wouldn't risk you or her anymore. I think that you should go and report what's going on here and ask the Council to send reinforments, specially to be sure that no zombie escapes the city and the plague spreads. And take the proof with you to examine and find a cure if possible. We will do what we can in the meantime. What do you think friends?" he asks to the others.
"Do you think that there is someone really pulling their strings? or that they are just created and leave on their own, primitive, will? If we can find this person perhaps stopping him or her will stop the creatures and we can destroy them all... "
Devarus had simply nodded in answer. Even if the man was no expert of the arcane, their particular movements and methods in some ways were a little too complicated to have been left solely up to a primitive will. But after having done as much, he sat back to simply observe and listen until the pseudo-request for the water and arm sample warranted handing over to the doctor.
"Didn't have anything more seal proof than some cloth, but I hope its enough."He said to the doctor, then turned to the others. "So, if part of the plan at least is to lure a number away, we may wish to start by the gate and move on to.. hm... the courtyard as mentioned. Won't be able to bottleneck them all, but if we can get enough there, and slip out some other unused entryway from the castle..."At that, he looks to the elven girl with a questioning look.

She begins talking on the subject after a short nod to Deva.
"Okay so to the south of town is the gates to Romel. After walking through the gates, there is a bookshop to the left. Opposite to the bookshop is the tavern we are currently in. Between the city walls and the tavern there is an alley. The alley leads to the post office, the trade house and the stables. Straight ahead from the gate is the weapon and armor shops. Next to the weapon shop is a road that goes through a market district and leads to the well at town square. There are left and right which lead to large stairs and another road continuing straight ahead. The left stairs lead up to a hill where the rich of the town live. I believe there was an alchemist's house there as well. There's also an observation tower there that is really tall. The right stairs lead down to where the rest of the houses are. That was were most of the towns people used to live. The straight road splits again to the left and ahead. Going left will take you to the local temple while going straight will lead you to the castle.
The castle gates are broken and you can walk in. On both sides of the castle gates are guard towers. The towers are also connected to the Barracks. The gates lead to the courtyard. Beyond the courtyard are three doors. The doors on the left and right lead to the servant's quarters. The door in the middle leads to the castle proper. The middle door leads to a large hall where you can access the servant's quarters again, the stables to the left and kitchen to the right. At the end is an ornate stairway that leads to the 2nd floor. There are other stairs which lead to watch towers on either side of the middle stairway. The second floor is a great hall with the throne room being behind large gates on the opposite side of the stairs. To the left and right of the gate are stairs leading to the quarters of the most important members in the king's court. In the throne room, behind the throne is another set of stairs that lead to the living quarters of the royal family. The important members and the royal family all have their quarters on the 3rd floor but they are separated by walls. Oh... and there are out houses in the courtyard and in the back garden which is reachable through the royal family quarters."
Devarus shakes himself from a stupor, having clearly not quite expected so much instruction. Then with a half-smile he nods to Runt. "And draw or eliminate stragglers along the way, so that these two can make their way in peace. Let's get started for the sun gives out on us. Dangerous as these things are, I do not relish learning of their possessing more tricks come night fall."

With the amount of puppets the party fought off after arriving here, they are able to successfully make their way to the castle without opposition.
You find yourself in front of the stone walls of Romel Castle. The large gates have been broken down. In the courtyard, you see various corpses in armor scattered about on the grass. They were probably the guards of the castle. Across the courtyard is the castle proper. All three doors are broken down.
"Poor souls." Devarus mutters, and then to a tense whisper to the others, "For now, we should stick to a wall and proceed forward from there. That way if any spring up on us, at least we'll have one angle guarded."He suggested, and if there's no complaints, proceed to the left hand side of the inner courtyard wall in a wide circuiting route towards the thee doors. head the whole time on a swivel for danger.

There is a second or two of hesitation before Devarus ultimately decides to press on towards one of the three doors. Or more specifically, whichever one happens to be closest from their angle of approach.

DM: Oh shit I forgot to describe the servants quarters.
The left door leads to the servants quarters. The door connects to a very small room which connects the outside grassy soil to the interior of the castle. It is in this small room that people wipe their feet before entering so they don't track mud. There is what used to be a door in the north part of this small room. Beyond the broken door is a passage that is 15ft wide and 20ft tall. The passage stretches north-south. Long pillars are present in the middle of the hallway at 15ft intervals. There are rows of doors on the west and a single large door on the east. The passage is long and it forks near the middle towards the east. There is a red carpet going along the floor. The walls and floors are stained with blood. The blood is not very old but not recent either. It is from when the castle fell to flesh puppets. A few corpses are sprawled on the hall way in pools of blood. The broken doors on the west lead to various large rooms with multiple beds where servants stayed. Unfortunately, now it is littered with corpses.
DM: I know I've said this before but for I am repeating this again. When describing a dungeon, when I say "East" it may not be actually east. I'm using these directions to give a better description of where things are relative to each other. So if I say, there is a window on the west wall, it doesn't necessarily mean that you can see the sunset through that window.
