Runt bashes the hammer on to the Blob2's head while she still had the chance. Making a wet crunching sound, the head pops like a pimple and covers Runt's hammer with nasty green ooze and bone fragments. The body begins spraying dark red, viscous, fat rich, blood and putrid green rotted fat as the headless corpse of blob2 fall backward and crush to the ground with a very loud and heavy THUD.
The Orc2 pincers the last wolf and splits its vertebrae with a battle axe. The wolf makes a short whimper before dying. Blob1 waddles toward the party only to be stopped in its tracks by a volley of especially potent Magic Missiles. You can see and feel the vibrations ripple across the Orcs body as each of the magical darts explode against its skin with brutal power.
Gendan moves to L5, if possible, and says “Runt, get around the other side!” If not possible, she moves to K6.
She moves her Hex onto this blob and takes another swing with her Booming Pact Blade [action]Attack[/action] 19 for 9 magical slashing 4 necrotic. Take 2 thunder if target willingly moves before my next turn.
Valwarin moves to a position when he can use his magic and calls for the mother nature wrath upon the mutated orcs. A thunder rumbles across the dungeon and shatters the creatures.

With a loud thunderous boom, the Blob1 and Blitz3 are both torn to bits. Val holds his ground, blood and tissue at his feet (out of movement. Can't move after using thunder wave).
(So many wolves died for this victory. The must be avenged!)

"Glad I didn't have to use this thing."Devarus chuckling up interrupted by a rumble in the cave. "No time to talk. We need to get to those prisoners. I already got the first group out, and -- oh. Those.. those are some serious wounds. We need to -- focus, Dev! The other prisoners. You still know the way to the other prisoners?"He asks, sheathing his bow and looking frantically between everyone. If he however remembers the course himself, he gingerly picks his way across the bodies as much as can be afforded on a pointed course towards the hopefully still occupied prison section.

Alright to streamline the process I will offer a list of actions. Say what your character would do in relation to this list (example below). Each action costs a number of turns. This cost will be used to determine when what happens. If your character does something that would invalidate another character's action, then the one with the highest initiative (The one used for the battle you had just now) will go first. If you feel that one or more of your actions might become redundant due to another character's actions, then give an alternate action that will happen in it's place. (Again examples below)
Move to Location - Time/ Turn cost depends on location you are moving to. Most locations on the same floor take 1-2 turns
Interact with object - 1 Turn. Object must be in range (Includes operating switches and picking locks. Simply opening unlocked doors cost nothing)
Attack Object - Depends on what you are attacking. Object must be in range.
Speak - 1 Turn (You can move and speak at the same time)
Stand By/Wait - 1 Turn
Other - Please specify what exactly you wish to do
Example:
Zorgon's Sequence: Move to Door - Break Door [If Door is lock-picked: See next action] - Move to Room beyond door & Speak: "I am going to grab the artifact" - Grab Artifact [If Someone tells him not to: Stand by] - [If artifact is with party: Move to exit. If artifact is not with party, grab artifact. If someone else is doing something with the artifact (like checking for traps) Stand by] - Move to exit.

We’re still playing 5e, right? It seems harsh that speech (free action) couldn’t happen in the same turn as movement and interact with object.

I think you're mistaken. It CAN happen on the same turn as movement.
