Typically in 5e, you get an action (like interact with object or attack), a bonus action, movement, and free action (like speech) all in a single turn.
Ah, that was where I was confused. It seemed that the normal movement was taking up a whole turn. Dash as an action makes more sense to me. Here’s Gendan’s defaults for getting out of the building.
If there’s a lock, she picks it. If the lock doesn’t open, she smashes it with her pact maul. If there are seemingly valuable objects (like in corpses or in chests) she pockets them. If none of the above apply, she dashes towards the exit.
1-Bid group to hurry before following previous instruction towards still imprisoned villagers. 2-If there is a door or similar impediment on the way, he either tries to kick it down or standby to help another in the same sequence with opening the door(priority). 3-Once they reach the prisoners he deactivates any torture devices with prisoners if needed, or break them out of any binds if not. 4-He carries those Genden cannot attend to quick enough, or the young(priority). 5-Leads the prisoners out. 6-(if even viable/necessary) Runs back inside to help anyone that lagged behind.
(Wasn't quite sure how long to make the sequence, but there you go.)

Gendan is following the path that Runt, Deva, and Val are taking. So she’s opening doors for them as she makes her way out and loots what she can along the way.
Okay, so it seems to me that Gendan and Runt are running out of the cave while Val and Deva are trying to free the prisoners. Is this okay? @Gendan and Runt.
Val prays for the wolves Deva moves to the door Elsara moves to the door Gendan and Runt move toward the stairs.
Round Countdown 23
Gendan and Runt reaches the stairs. Deva attacks the door (Auto hit because I can't imagine any reason why you'd miss the big ass door. It would make sense if it was a smaller object but not a 10ft wide door) (DEX not allowed to be used on attacks): 0 Elsara attacks the door: 7 Val reaches the door:
Round Countdown 22 Gendan and Runt go to 2F. They pass reach the intersection. Gendan and Runt, with 22 Rounds (2 minutes + few seconds) still remaining, you notice that there is still one more door to the south that you guys never checked: A locked door. It's wooden and it is 5ft wide. What do you do?
Door HP: 23/30 Elsara attacks the door: 5 Deva attacks the door: 5 Val thunderwaves the door: 6
Round Countdown 21 Door HP: 7/30
Val, Deva, Runt and Gendan: Do you keep doing what you were doing (attacking the door and exiting respectively) or do you change plans in light of these new results?
Gendan will check the locked door and pick it or smash it, but primarily looking for loot. She will assist Runt if there happen to be survivors that need help getting out.
Val attacks the door: 8 Door breaks! Elsara Enters the room, Deva enters the room. There are many cells here. Half of them are empty but there are villagers in the rest of the cells. However, all the cells are locked.
As Runt and Gendan move to the door, they notice that it had been scratched and clawed up from before. It's like however locked this door did it not to keep something in but to keep the mutated orcs out.
As Gendan and Runt smash the door down, they are greeted to a wall of furniture. This was likely pushed up against the door to further keep the mutated orcs out. from the cracks between the furniture, you see what appears to be an unusually tall humanoid on the other side. The room is dark. Because of the furniture obscuring your view, you can't work out much about the humanoid on the other side. They don't say anything. They seem to stand straight but move slightly.
Runt Pushes the furniture down: DC15 STR: Failed (You can try again next round)
Round Countdown 20
Recap: The cells are locked and you don't know where the key is. @ Val & Deva
There is a wall of furniture standing between you and whatever is in the room beyond @Gendan and Runt
Devarus help Val in the search as much as possible, trusting the druid's eyes over his own ones for the same amount of time.
If no keys are found within those two rounds, Devarus takes to his axe to the locking mechanism if he sees it as remotely viable to break it open that way to free some prisoners. (He gives it no more than two round attempt unless some give is shown)
If the axe'n the lock a question is not viable, he tries to bending enough bars using his chain portion of his manacles and handaxe handle as a sort of turnwheel if possible. At least enough on two sides for people to slip through the widened gap.
(For the life of me, I could not find a better descriptor for that last one. I know there's a name for it somewhere, just wish I had an image or vid example to show what is meant.)

Yes and you still get that. I don't see what your point is. When I said Move - 1 Turn, it assumes you Dash with your action.

Gendan, roll Thieve's tools (DEX). Also with tool use, if you roll a nat1, the tools break. Also, Runt and Deva: Post your sequence
Wait, I just re-read your post.... So Gendan's just going to make a Beeline for the exit and break down doors on the way out?
Runt weights the pros and cons of attempting to go back and save more and probobly die, or getting out and living to save more people.
She decides it's time to go.
