Milady relays that there are several Orcs & 2 Ogres heading to your location.
Matar:
The sound of many heavy feet running towards your location can be heard. They echo through the smoke, which makes it a bit eerie.
Enoch:
You check the woman. She is unconscious but alive, barely.
Spike & Kiza:
You move forward to a burning building to check it. To the others, you disappear from their view in the thick smoke. Both of you find a couple of bodies lying outside a burning building, burnt so badly that you can not tell what race they are. Both of you stop as you catch movement to the north. You cover your mouth & beak with a cloth, trying to breathe, as you try to make out what the movement could be. Your eyes widen as you see several Ocrs, in 2 rows, formed into military ranks. Behind them, you make out a much larger Orc with an Ogre on each side of him. You see the larger Orc lift his hand.
Everyone: Suddenly the smoke from the burning building retreats to a spot about 100 ft. from you. Before you, about 40 ft. away from Spike & Kiza, stands a full rank (8) of armored Orcs with shields and spears. A second rank is filled with 5 Orc Archers. They have drawn back bowstrings and are holding for a command to release. Behind them, about 25 ft. behind, stands a large Orc with an Ogre standing on each side of him. You can feel his eyes glaring at each of you.
It sounds like Essendrum can drop a fireball on the front rank of orcs (8 in rank is the diameter of a fireball) that will also get the full second rank but not the ogres and chief or party members (Spike and Kiza). If so, he’ll cast that fireball. If he can move forward a bit as well, he’ll do so, ideally not making contact with the front rank and getting within 60 feet of chief…that may not be possible depending on how far forward Spike and Kiza have gotten. If possible, he’ll stand behind Spike. If the fireball is out, he’ll try to web as many orcs as possible (probably 4 front line and 4 archers in a cube). If the web is out and a double move will help, he’ll double move to within 60 ft of the chief orc.
Infuriated by the burned townsfolk, Spike’s rage boils over as he sees the disciplined orcs preparing to attack. Following the fireball in, Spike rages as he approaches (his 35 feet of movement should get him almost all the way to the front rank), where he takes his action to Dodge.

Kiza holds her breath as she more or less retreats back until she can find a bit of cover even if that cover is behind the burned building. That is a lot of well-organized orcs. This was a planned attack and not some impulsive raid.
Enoch carried the woman off into a corner behind some rubble, away from the conflict, shielding her with his body as he did. Once she was set down, he turned to face the orcs, then sprinted towards them.
(( Not sure he'll be able to close in with them with his movement ))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Matar seeing his new acquaintances preparing to engage the orcs will open his right hand. The orb raises about 5cm above his open palm and anyone close enough can see that it glows with an inner light and has small pin prick sized holes on its surface where the light escapes almost like stars. The vines and roots on the orb twist and writhe until the small holes form a constellation that looks like a lightning bolt and a beam of light shoots from the orb into the air at a point in the centre of the new orc squadron. From the point of light roiling storm clouds gather and a bolt of lightning shoots down at the large orc standing behind the main group.
Action: Cast Call Lightning. The large orc and anyone within 5 feet of him (hopefully the 2 ogres) needs to make a dex saving throw of 15 or take 16 damage. Half on a success.

Look at what you've done. You spoiled it. You have nobody to blame but yourself. Go sit and think about your actions.

Quickly surveying the area, Kiana singles out two of the enemies that seem to be the most fearsome, the leading orc and one of its ogre bodyguards. She yells out, "Feel the guilt of your actions!" She shoots a spell in their direction, trying to mentally overpower the brutes on the assumption that it shouldn't be too difficult. Nothing happens visibly, however; to any onlookers, it just looks like a severe amount of stress is being forced into their psyches, perhaps because of a divine command to be burdened by their sins.
Action:Tasha's Mind Whip (Twinned Spell) on the large orc and an ogre: DC 16 Intelligence save, on failure 3 psychic damage, no reactions, and only one of a move, action, and bonus action, on success just half damage

Other than following the fireball in (since it hasn’t been cast yet), Spike’s action is unchanged. He may or may not get all the way to the front rank of fighters (they were about 40 feet away and his movement rate is 35). As furious as he is about their butchering of the townsfolk, he does go in defensively since there are so many of them (Dodge and Rage).
