The dwarves are hoofing it to get down to the camp level. Gneuman and Bronk close on the east tower.
Trolkarl and Erbert keep watch on camp.
Chadwick prepares to rappel down the cliff face while Bran calls out to Cleggor.
The gnome looks up at the sound of Bran’s voice. He has a quick look of surprise then grabs the ankle chain and show they are restrained. He acts like he is putting a key into the lock then points to the two green tents beside the slope. The dwarf remains slumped against the gnome.
“Don’t rappel, go down the ramp. There is no benefit going down the cliff face when there is a walking path. Jog if you like. Kragen and I will go with you.”
Hoid will head down the path, past the west tower and head towards the prisoners with all due haste. He does not look to see who is following.
(Is there a reason for making things more difficult than they need to be? Substitute for flaming donkey Kong barrels? Experience bonus with increased difficulty? Please explain it to me!)
We (characters and players) don't know if the sleep spell worked. Meta gaming wise 19 points probably aren't enough to put all three asleep, so chances are one of them is still awake. We are about their max range for dark vision so remaining low and quiet we have a good chance of not being seen.
Speaking from practical personal experience guards near the end of their shift (Dawn is quickly approaching) are tired and less observant. Is Dickson incorporating this, hard to know. But his given his attention to detail characters running is heavy armor are going to be easier to spot than someone slowly repelling down a hillside (not to mention the noise someone in heavy mail makes jogging).
In a not so practical way part of the reason I enjoy role-playing games is putting myself in the head of a character who is unlike me and I get to act it out. Strategically and tactically it might not always be the best move, so I try to balance what my character might do with actions that might not be optimal, but won't result in a party wipe. I actually have a character arc planned and I'm slowly working it in. Long term nothing that will negatively impact the party, but will add flavor.
Also I'll pre-apologize for the rambling nature of this post, I'm tired and tipsy since we did about six miles of hiles through the west end of Davenport and been drinking since six lol.
Bronk - Continues to close in on the tower and starts climbing up the ladder.
Bran - Bran looks around at the others on the top of the cliff. "Do we have anything that can free them from the leg irons without a key?," he whispers to the rest.
Kragen continues with Hoid to the bushes next to Tower 1. Once there, he will use the bushes as cover to peer to the entrance of the camp and sweep his view to ensure he is looking at key areas such as tents on the west, stockade area, and as far deep Into encampment he can.

Chadwick will remain prone; locked and loaded keeping an eye out the best is weak ass human eyes can. He has the rope ready in case they need to airlift any of the wounded out.
Chadwick whispering to others on the hill:
As a last resort we can use a combination of hammer, axe, and crowbar to free them. If they're not chained to anything down there we probably want to get them away first, then worry about the chains.
He'll try and encourage Bran and keep his spirits up while they wait.

Chadwick, Erbert - Keep a watchful eye on the camp above the prisoners.
Trigger: I see him get close enough to the sleeping prisoners to wake them before Bronk and Gneuman are up top.
Otherwise stay on overwatch.
Whispering to Chadwick and Ebert: “Be ready boys. The goblin noticed his buddies are out. Not sure your flatulence trick will work again. But if he tries to wake them before our guys are in the tower, it’s plan b time”
Gneuman and Bronk make it to the tower apparently unseen by the awake goblin on the platform. That goblin seems to have noticed his sleeping companions and threw his hands in the air saying something unheard. He starts moving towards them. Trolkarl thinks it will be close, but Bronk is climbing that ladder quickly.
Erbert, Chadwick and Bran remain above the captives in chains. Down below, the gnome holds up the chain and points to where it is attached to the stockade. It is difficult to make out from the distance you are away, but looks like some kind of iron loop attached to the wood.
Kragen and Hoid briefly survey the camp and press on to reach the captives.
Kragen quietly presses on toward the stockade, working to stay close to the cliff face. I am working my viewpoint back forth between stockade, path forward and tents against the other face.
if I detect movement from that area, will stop and listen, ready with crossbow loaded.
Chadwick looks down at the gnome, points toward the approaching dwarves, points to the the stockade where he's attached and makes a breaking motion with his hands. He then whispers a prayer to Tyr to look out for his comrades in the tower and to give them strength while lining up a shot on the awake and agitated goblin.
Bronk climbs up through the trap door to the door over platform. The goblin there recoils in surprise as Bronk lashes out with his scimitar, To hit = 9, miss.
Gneuman follows right behind Bronk and strikes immediately with his staff, To Hit = 14, damage 4. The gninja follows up with a vicious unarmed strike, To Hit = 14, damage = 6, and the goblin collapses to the floor.
Kragen and Hoid make it to the gnome and the dwarf who they recognize as Cleggor. He is in very bad shape, worse than how you found Bran. The gnome asks is an urgent but low voice, “Do you have the key?”

Update map positions? Bronk is clear without an update but Dwarf positions would be useful.
/Waiting for all to input their action.
Gneuman will follow Bronk up the ladder. Attempt to eliminate any baddies in the way.
