"While I'm not super perceptive I might be more of a help in the tower? Much of what I can do is effective at range and lets be honest," he looks down at himself, "I'm certainly got the best person to 'hold a line'."
"I’m not usually much of a fighter, but I’ll see what I can do to help out.", Olivier says as everyone seems to be taking their position. "I’ll wait here. Can’t see much anyway in the dark. Don’t really matter if I stand up or down the tower."
"I've got some good fight left in me, n' I got a great eye! You smarties tell me what to do, n' I'll do it. I think Ar-Ar is the leader, yeah? Usually the leader is the beautiful, sneaky one... That's been my experience anyway." Agatha's voice is loud enough to fill the sky. She is one of those people who has no idea how to control the volume of her voice.

"Yuh," Agatha nods enthuasiastically. She offers Araleth a wink and a smile. "You are the only one here able to pull off a cool nickname. Ar-Ar, sounds like cuteness and fury. Well, I guess he could be Oly," she points to Olivier, "and he could be Lee..." pointing at Leander, "and... Oh sorry... I think Quay is about as short as it could be... unless... Q!?"

Leander says, "I didn't mean it as a demeaning comment at all, I apologize if it came across that way. I just wanted to know what you definitely didn't like." You see Leander, maybe for the first time, looks a little awkward like he maybe offended you and genuinely didn't mean to and feels bad about it.
"You're right we are." And Leander addresses the rest of the group, "It sounds like everyone other than me is on the ground and I'm out lookout? That sound about right?"
"Ah... Yeah, that sounds about right to me. Give a shout if you see any bad guys... Or, badder guys as the case seems to be." Agatha specifically looks at Araleth when she says this.

Leander, as you approach the tower and attempt to enter it, please make a Perception check.
For those staying on the ground, make a Perception check as well (I'll probably just use the first person to respond as the Perception roll for the ground group just to keep things moving).
"While I'm not super perceptive I might be more of a help in the tower? Much of what I can do is effective at range and lets be honest," he looks down at himself, "I'm certainly got the best person to 'hold a line'."
Araleth draws her blades. "I'm best at close range," she says, then puts them back in their sheaths.

Araleth slowly turns to Agatha, a withering look on her face. "Is 'Ar-Ar,'" she makes finger quotes on that, "supposed to be me?"

“Quay is already my nickname,” Quay says, turning to Agatha. “My full name is Quaykos, but most people find it easier to say Quay.”

"I am not 'cute,'" Araleth snaps. "And I highly suggest you stop calling me that, or 'Ar-Ar.' My name is Araleth."
"Just for clarity Araleth, is it specifically cute you don't like or anything pretty/beautiful/attractive related at all?"
And Quay, would you prefer Quaykos?"
Araleth gives Leander a strange look and says, sounding bewildered, "Why would you comment on my appearance at all?"
"I mean, it’s a nice thing to say to someone you appreciate.", answers Olivier. "Do you not like that?"
“I’d prefer Quay if you will,” he says to Leander.

“I—sure, whatever. Call me pretty if you want.” Araleth adjusts her braid. “Just don’t…demean me.”

You see Leander, maybe for the first time, looks a little awkward like he maybe offended you and genuinely didn't mean to and feels bad about it.
"Well, now you do." Araleth shakes her head. "We're getting sidetracked. We've got a job to do."
"You're right we are." And Leander addresses the rest of the group, "It sounds like everyone other than me is on the ground and I'm out lookout? That sound about right?"

Araleth gives Agatha a thumbs-up. "What she said."
