Two guard you hadn't noticed begin approaching the cart with hands on their swords, hearing the commotion.

One of the two guards already by the cart draw their crossbows as they notice the change in their rank on the other side of the cart, and call out.
"Hey! Snap out of it.. what's with that look?!"
The other looks inside the cart, aimed and ready to shoot at whoever seems to be causing trouble.
The blind man's legs tense alongside the dwarf's. Beneath the wrinkles, muscles flair as he brings his own strength into play, slamming into the wall shortly after.
If Senni can reach the guard with keys, he will "fall" over from the cart toppling, attempting to swipe the keys through the bars in the process (Slight of Hand: 17 rolled in game log).
If that guard is not close to the bars, he will instead attempt to finish freeing his hands (not sure if that takes a specific check or not so will only roll if asked to)

There is an axe that Azhumi created on the cart floor. Senni can use it to free himself.
The way you're tied would prevent your hands from reaching the guards keys, so roll a dexterity check in addition to the slight of hand...to try freeing yourself and being able to reach the guard's keys.
(This would take both your action and bonus action, so turn, basically.)

I was not sure where that axe ended up. So in that case, if the guard (well, their keys) is not near the bars, he will use the axe on his ropes.
