Yaudara keeps his attention on the remaining cultist, stabbing with his yklwa for 12 to hit and 11 damage. A solid blow, if it lands.
As his bonus action, he'll trace a golden, glowing sigil in the air in front of him, casting Blade Ward.
If the cultist is dead by his turn, he'll move up to join Ichep, hold his attack and cast Blade Ward, readying himself for whatever comes from the chanting.
"What do you mean 'oh no'?" Balen's question was answered with the cultist's conniving cackle and the ominous howling. Just great. I don't even care about Havenford anyways. Maybe if I make a run for it I won't have to deal with this... He contemplated this to himself but didn't want to seem like a coward to the other folks. He mustered up the courage to continue. Screw it, we've got work to do.
He watched as two of his companions moved to that eerie next room, not sure what next to do. "Nice one, mate." He waggled his dagger in good sportmanship at Yaudara for the assist. He took the robe from one of the dead cultists and pickpocketed whatever is left on the corpse and shoved it in his bag, "Ya never know 'til it happens."
Boal? Is that the name of the thing that just howled. How horri-boal.
MOVE
"Hey tell that thing I don't do dinner until after the first date." The changeling, with a sharp inhale, ran over to where Ichep and Toadstool were standing. He stood in awe of the fearsome creature before him and in contempt of the fish cultist. "And I'm not about a do lunch either."
ACTION
Balen took out his shortbow and attempted to shoot the fish first.
Faen attempts to finish the remaining cultist (C4) off with Yaudara, again elegantly flourishing his rapier into a thrust (To Hit: 9 + 4 = 13, Damage: 5 + 2 = 7).
(Assuming that hits, I believe that may kill C4, which would free up Yaundara to sprint if possible, since Faen would go first. Obviously, up to DM.)
If the cultist falls, he uses his movement to get closer to Ichep, saying with a worried look, "That...that does not sound good. You wretched things will not harm that fine town!"
He hasn't had time to process the sight of the two-headed hound nor the fish-like cultist.
Faen sliced down the final cultist and the other heroes joined Ichep near the doorway.
Balen hung back to loot the corpse ... finding that the robed cultist had leather armor, a scimitar, and a potion of some sort.
The Kuo-Toa cult leader leveled an accusatory webbed finger at he heroes and yelled something foul in undercommon at the party ... it did not sound pleasant. Then it drew a net and advanced menacingly.
At the Kuo-Toa's urging, the death dog leapt into action! Crossing the distance between the summoning circle and the heroes in a flash!
But Toadstool was ready. The druid called upon his innate connection with nature and the dungeon floor soon became an impassable mess of thorny brambles and branches. The two-headed dog was restrained by the enchanted plants!
With the beast this close ... Ichep recognized the beast as a death dog. A fearsome, incredibly poisonous monster. The cleric knew that hate burned in this death dog's heart, and that it had a taste for humanoid flesh. He also recalled that death dog saliva carried within it a foul wasting disease that caused a victim's flesh to slowly rot off the bone. If bitten, it sometimes took a victim several agonizing days to die from such a wound.

**This is as far as Balen got in one round. He has not used any movement for round 3. At your option, Balen can begin his turn in round 4 either next to the heroes, or next to the items he discovered.
"Torm be with me," Yaudara mutters as he stares down the fearsome beast. He slashes with his ylkwa for 13 to hit and 8 damage, though it's unlikely his blade penetrated. As a bonus action he traces the symbol of a golden lion in the air, casting Blade Ward again, calling on his patron to protect his servant, and maybe his mother, wherever she is, to protect her warrior son.
EDIT: since it was restrained, Yaudara attacks with advantage, but the second to-hit roll is a 9, so he'll take the 13, and maybe pick a different dice set from the pile, since his highest unmodified attack roll so far has been an 8. The gods aren't yet smiling on him, but he's not losing faith.
Faen is a bit taken aback by the sight of the Death Dog, backing up slightly 5 ft. This creature is not like anything he's ever encountered before, and its vile, diseased presence causing the Feylost's stomach to churn.
"Vile beast," he whispers, "May you be broken by the daggers in my song."
His eyes glowing an autumn amber color as he starts to whisper a much more darker, dissonant tune, it rising up in the minds of the Death Dog as a sudden mental anguish (Dissonant Whispers on the Death Dog, Damage 3d8=10, DC 13 Wisdom save for half. Must attempt to move away as reaction on failed save).
Will move one or two squares back so it's not too crowded in that hallway, but in a way, that the hell dog is still visible.
ACTION
Toadstool just pants and wheezes "uuuh, you're not at home friend, you're ..." he stops mid sentence to catch a flea in his armpit. Toadstool flings it and casts infestation. One flea turns into two, two into four and suddenly the hell dog is covered angry orcish fleas.
Ichep had flinched as the foul creature had closed the distance between them in a mere moment before being caught by the vines conjured by the orc. 'Huh, would you look at that?' His admiration was put to a hasty end as suddenly recognition jolted through him. „A Death dog! It carries deadly disease. Do not get bitten“, Ichep warned.

Balen enjoyed the loot that the got from the corpse, but forgot to say anything about it to his companions. And now having joined them and said his quip, he took a good whiff at the Death Dog and Kuo-Toa. For some reason, he zeroed his anger on the fish cultist. It was not that he hated fish. He genuinely liked fish. On the ship when he was younger, he had a 'pet' fish that would visit him and swim along the hull of the ship. 'Gully' was its name. It was a comforting sort of companionship... Well actually he imagined it anyways. Any fish he thought saw then he pretended it was his friend. But THIS fish, it brought up some sort of fuming rage he couldn't place. It was just - JUST agh?! - the room's revelation of the stupid fish-statutes and the air of superiority of it all, he hated it (through gritted teeth). All he wanted now was to gut that fish.
MOVE
((Dexterity: Acrobatics 14 + 4 = 18))
Ignoring the danger ahead, Balen decided to run ahead through the thorny floor towards Kuo-Toa, jumping through the branches and bramble.
Balen wielded his dagger cut through the skin of the fish-man with a fiery fury before slashing him again from behind with the shortsword. He didn't make a quip this time.

The fight in the cramped hallay was underway! Faen's dissonant whispers affected the deathdog, but it did seem to skae off some of the effect.
Yaudara attacked the foul beast with his spear ... and the beast was not able to shake this attack off.
Ichep threw a dagger, striking the beast in one of its eyes! This drew a unearthly howl of frustration, rage, and pain from the beast.
Straining against the enchanted vines and thorns, the enraged hound tore itself free and charged headlong into the group of heroes.
Balen, for his part, slid round the beast and managed to sneak attack the kuo-toa!

Yaudara frowns at the scaly priest. "Foul servant of darkness, you will torment this village no more!" He stabs the kuo-toa with his yklwa for 19 to hit and 7 damage. After that, since he's between the two foes, he'll call on the golden lion to protect him, renewing his Blade Ward as a bonus action.
Mere seconds from now the Death Dog could strike out at any on them and possibly seal someone's fate. Was this some sort of morbid excitement he felt or fear? He couldn't tell. Maybe it was all the same.
ACTION
Ichep points at the Death Dog and makes the motion as if he was ringing a bell while whispering his dark incantation. Toll the Dead Wisdom Saving Throw (DC13) by Death Dog - If fail: 7 DMG
"Nice one!" Balen comments to Yaudara as he also took a stab at the fish. With an excessively dramatic reeling back of his dagger, he brought the point down into the kuo-toa's right eye, twisting the blade until he heard its sickening squish. And just because he wanted to, he took a swing at him with his shortsword from behind, whispering some of unapologetic rest in peace and a sort of pirate prayer. He wasn't proud of what he'd done, but he wasn't ashamed of it either.
"Hey since we're all fightin' it out here," He called out to his companions, finally turning his attention to the Death Dog nearby him. Wow it really was horrible."What are youse guys' names?"
The Fey-touched bard says with a bit of a chuckle, "You may call me Faen, good rogue. I was hoping we could all get to know each other after this whole mess, but talking and fighting is very much within my area of expertise." While he is disgusted by the two-headed dog, his attitude does easily go back to being a bit upbeat, though perhaps with a tinge of worry.
Wanting to help his companions, he starts to sing another enchanting tune while keeping on his guard with his rapier. The mighty orc, Toadstool, feels particularly inspired by the battle song.
OOC - Bardic inspiratin on Toadstool. (Bonus action)
Afterwards, he decides to join the phrase, letting his own singing lessen his worry, lunging with his rapier against the Death Dog.
OOC - To hit 6 + 4 = 10, Damage = 7+2 = 9. (Standard action)
The party found themselves in a precarious situation, locked in a deadly struggle against their foes.
The paladin, spear held high, aimed for a decisive strike. The tip of his weapon glinted in the torchlight as it cut through the air, finding its mark with precision. The kuo-toa lets out a guttural cry as the paladin's blow landed true, driving deep into its slimy flesh.
However, Balen's attempt to follow up with a swift dagger strike was foiled by the kuo-toa's shield, now seen to be coated in a viscous, sticky sort of slime. If Balen didn't wrench it free, and quickly, the blade would be ensnared!
A few steps away, the druid, cleric and bard all had their hands full with the two-headed hound. For the moment, its snapping jaws had found nothing but air ... but it was not deterred. The cleric and the bard each attacked with the tools of their trade, but neither the necromantic charms nor the rapier harmed the beast. Toadstool, however, wielded his oaken cudgel ... and swung with all of his orcish might! The impact reverberated through the cavern as the cudgel connected with a wet, crunching sort of thud, eliciting a pained yelp from the beast.

*The Kuo-Toa has an ability, Sticky Shield. When a creature misses the kuo-toa with a melee weapon attack, the kuo-toa uses its sticky shield to catch the weapon. The attacker must succeed on a DC 11 Strength saving throw, or the weapon becomes stuck to the kuo-toa’s shield. If the weapon’s wielder can’t or won’t let go of the weapon, the wielder is grappled while the weapon is stuck. While stuck, the weapon can’t be used. A creature can pull the weapon free by taking an action to make a DC 11 Strength check and succeeding.
Sensing his foe is near death, Yaudara blocks its strike with his own shield and thrusts the yklwa for what he hopes will be the killing blow, rolling a 13 to hit and 4 damage, which, despite being the least amount of damage he could possibly do, is enough. He runs the foul priest through, pulls the spear free and turns to face the twin-headed hound from hell.
Faen misses with his thrust, but thankfully is able to use his nimble, half-Elvish feet to dodge the subsequent attacks from this diseased monstrosity.
After having nearly been bit by the Death Dog, and seeing just how horrid the jowls of the beast are, he's sure that a bite from this creature is sure to have dire effects.
As such, Faen decides to again use his magical abilities to hinder the beast, his eyes glowing slightly as he says, "YOU'RE A VERY, VERY BAD DOG!"
OOC - Action: Vicious Mockery on Death Dog. DC 13 WIS Save. If it fails, it will take 1d4 Psychic damage, and receive disadvantage on its next attack. Death Dog need not understand me, as long as it can hear me.
Edit - I still couldn't think of a good mocking, but at least I could think of something a bit funny.
Ichep didn't even notice the fish person dying, he was too preoccupied with how the fight with the Death Dog was not going well at all. Both his incantations seemed to have little effect if any on the enemies, was his god maybe disagreeing with his action? Ichep really ought to know but he didn't. Anubis' will was unreadable.
„Ichep. Priest of Anubis, Judge of the Dead“, he answered to Balen through gritted teeth as he was busy preparing to kick towards the dog.
ACTION
Ichep kicks in front of one the intact head of the Death Dog, trying to distract it to Help one of his comrades get an advantage on their attack. If nothing else, he hopes to draw the ire of the beast towards him with the taunt.
As Toadstool is stuck in the middle of the fight, he feels very uncomfortable to move his massive form around.
He goes on muttering "Toadsttol, Toadstool, Toad..." and as he does, a bit of his Orcish ancestry slips and he lets out a roar before the swing on the left head.
ACTION
Shillelagh to hit 11+5=16 (I don't know if I can roll advantage after Ichep action)
