He rushes the nearest creature in the darkness. He's ready to expend his resources to end this quickly. Never wake a sleeping Paladin. If enemies fall he moves onto the next with three blows loaded with radiant power. He hits AC (3)20(disadv.29 if no light is provided.) For 5 bludgeoning and 8 radiant, (3)24(disadv.14) For 6 bludgeoning and 10 radiant, and (4)22(disadv.21) For 7 bludgeoning and 11 radiant.
(If the Opportunity arises with an enemy moving into or out of reach he'll smite another.)

Thar will give his Wand of Lightning Bolts a go and cast the spell at 4th level (2 charges) hoping to catch as many of the hounds as he can. Dex save DC 15 Damage: 35 He will sculpt the spell for protection of up to 5 of our group should they be in the way (no damage to them).

Aeliarin, quivering in fear, blows the crap out of the remaining hounds with two fireballs.
The orc looks relieved that the hounds are dead... and suddenly looks not at all relieved when he finds himself in the middle of such an obviously dangerous group.
"My blade has tasted blood, I should think it would be saited for the night," comments Gijigume. "Probably best you don't linger around these parts," he tells the orc, "they can be dangerous."
The orc thanks you and exits stage left. You have a peaceful day’s travel to your destination. There is a small village about 5 miles from the mountain that you can use as a base. The people tell of signs and portents that show that the vampire has returned. If you are going to do something about it they are more than willing to help in anyway they can (that does not involve going to the mountain and dying).
