The airship hums with power as it drones on through the air, slightly rocking your cells as you make your way to the Aerovail jail. The guard snoozes at the end of the hall on a chair, his body slowly rising and falling as he breathes. Lilliana and Fulqrim share a cell, their bunks on opposite sides. As does Nate and Vayu, stuck in a cell similar to theirs. While Liana the Red shares a room with a mute Lizardfolk, as it continues to stare at the half elf.
The ship spasms for a moment as you all hear a squeal of the engines go off. As it sputters, it shakes you all, waking you all from your slumber or whatever you were planning. The guard wakes up as he falls onto the floor.
"What the- Battle stations! Every one to your...Oh, you're all still in your cells." The man gives a sigh of relief, "That's embarrassing, thought that your pirate friends started attacking the ship. But we ain't got to worry about that now, do we?" He smiles to himself as he settles himself onto his chair again. "They oughta be crazy to try to attack a prison ship this close to Aerovail."
Liana sits quietly on her cot and stares back at the Lizardfolk. She had tried to communicate with him at the start, but his muteness seemed to interfere with her attempts. She has spent most of her time onboard watching the guard movements and waiting for them to slip up. Right now she is thinking of how she can reach out to the others in their cells. Not all of them seemed very trustworthy, but beggars could not be choosers in a situation like this.
Assuming that her mask has been taken from her, her face is quite pensive and scarred along her right eye, an eye which seems to be blind. When the Aerovail military first captured and unmasked her, they commented on her appearance, having expected her to be either overwhelmingly beautiful or an ugly hag. Of course, what they found, was a slightly above average woman.
The half-elf turned to see the guard fall off his bed and startle himself and a handful of others awake. She smiled as she leaned toward the bars of her cell and commented, "Perhaps pirates wouldn't attack this ship, but, freedom fighters?" Liana mused aloud,"My people know I have been captured."

Nate Forde sits on his bed, chin resting on his hands as he stares around this cell, looking for anything that could be used as a means of escape, or any odd thing that could be used as a weapon. His dark eyes wander around the room, and the dark cell makes his green skin even darker, but the soft light from outside seems to gleam off of his sharpened tusks.
Perception 10 (for anything in the room that can be used to my advantage)
Lilliana sits up with a start at the sudden shout and for the briefest of moments forgets where she was until she glances over to see the eladrin across the small cell. The sinking realization of her situation sets in again as the massive pit in her stomach threatens to empty what little contents she had inside, but instead she takes a steadying breath as she runs her hands through the tangled mass of black hair. She whispers a few arcane words as she works her fingers and the hair-do slowly works itself back around. She is very pretty with bright green eyes and dark hair. She looks to the eladrin. "What did you do?"
Fulqrim jumps awake as the airships stutters. “I swear I didn’t do it!” He shouts out loud, then looks to his feet as he realizes where he is. His white hair is left in a disheveled mess, which isn’t much different from normal. His pale blue skin glistens with sweat from the nightmares of him reliving his capture. He glances around and sees the woman sitting on her bunk. He quickly glances down as they make eye contact. He goes to grab his research notes to give them a read, it always seems to calm him in stressful situations. He glances down as he remembers he is in prisoner’s garb and that all of his possessions were confiscated by the military. “Curses, I need to get out of this place!” He mumbles to himself. He looks up again as the woman asks him a question. “Well you see, I didn’’t do anything. This whole thing is a misunderstanding.” He looks down again, as maintaining conversation is quite hard work for him. “Umm..what about you?” He mutters. “Please don’t be a murderer!”
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Sitting quietly to himself in the corner of his cell is a genasi. His sheer appearance intrigues everybody due to the rarity of encountering one of his kind. He has light blue skin with white lines and runes traced up along his arms and face making you think he was probably birthed of the air elements. He has white well trimmed hair, longer on the top and trimmed close on the sides. He looks to be in his early 20s and has a handsome, well built body. From the what you can tell he's probably a beggar. He's wearing a dirty worn piece of cloth with a hood around himself.
Vayu looks up and looks around, trying to see if he can find anything to help him escape.
Seeing this blue man with the strange markings looking around the cell like Nate is doing, he'll lean towards him and say,“I need to get out of here, and it looks like you wanna leave too. So how about we team up til we're home free, and part ways then?”
Nate replies, "Well, not in this cell. I figure we lure the guard in here, knock him out, and escape that way. You know how to fight?" He looks this man over, seeing if he looks like someone who can hold their own in battle.
"I wouldn't worry about that. You notice that no one's been down here since they stuck us in here? The only time there's more than one is when they switch shifts, and that shouldn't happen since we're so close to Aerovail. The only problem we'll have is getting off this ship. I can fly a lifeboat, but those things aren't inconspicuous." Nate looks at the guard from the cell. (What kind of weapons does he have?)
The cells are empty except for the sacks of hay upon each bunk in the cell. The guard laughs as Liana mentions freedom fighters, "Freedom? You killed a Coin Guard, ya made more problems than good, you half elf." The guard stands up, showing he is a dwarf, and walks down the hall. He clangs his club against the cell of Lilliana and Fulqrim, "And don't be shouting! Don't care if you say your innocent, if you were, then you wouldn't be here!" The guard continues his way down, he passes by Nate and Vayu. He has a simple club on his side while a greataxe is sheathed on his back. He stops at the end of the hall, where the door to the engine room is. He bangs his fist against it, "You gearheads alright in there? Can't afford to have the engines stall like that when we got dangerous prisoners here."
There is no reply for a couple of minutes until a large bang emanates from behind the door. The guard recoils back a bit before he unsheathes his greataxe, "What in the...Engineers! What's going on!?" He tries to open the door, only to find it locked. He readies his weapon, "Stand back from the door, gonna break it down!" He brings his axe into the door, breaking a hole into the door.
Liana, you see the lizardfolk stand up and head to the bars. He watches the guard try to break down the door. He looks back to you and points to him. He makes a pull motion then a fist. He opens his mouth, revealing a wooden tooth with intricate carvings into them. He makes a few guttural sounds and gestures with his claw as it starts to grow a vine upon them. As he finishes the incantation, the vine bursts towards the dwarf, "Seven hells!" The man cries as he is pulled away suddenly by the vines, their thorns digging into him. He is pulled to the front of your cell, trying to break free of the vines.
The pretty woman chuckles a bit at the awkward suggestion that he had not done anything. While plausible, she doubted that he hadn't done anything, but she also did not want to upset the young man in the event he was some sort of lunatic. "I, too, am here on a misunderstanding. Although..." she sighs. "I did hurt someone, I just don't know if they were innocent or not..." She trails off as the dwarf guard suddenly slams the club against the bars and she winces at the loud noise.
She watches quietly as the guard attempts contact with the engineers and receives no response. She frowns and stands up to get a closer look as he starts to breaking in the door. Suddenly things in the small ship were moving very rapidly as vines yanked the guard over to another cell door, her heart began to thunder in her ears and her vision started to narrow as the adrenaline dump filled her body! She glances over to the elf in her cell. "Do you know what is happening?"
When Liana sees the lizardfolk cast the spell and tangle the guard up in vines, she gives him a large smile and a nod, "Fantastic."As the guard is dragged over, Liana's fingertips burn red as she puts a hand over her heart and approaches the front of the cell, enchanting herself with guidance.
The first thing Liana does is take the cell key off the hapless guard and unlock her cell. "Hold a moment, my friend. Let me unleash the other prisoners!" Liana attempts to quickly unlock each occupied cell, but not before she attempts to kick away the guard's axe on her way out.
Assuming it is possible for Liana to do all this, she will then try to knock the guard out. If it seems possible to take his club, she will use that to beat him unconscious.

Nate takes the greataxe, saying, "Same here, but it looks like I could probably use this a little more than you." He looks over the genasi, seeing that he was more wiry than strong. Seeing the disturbing image of the lizardfolk growing vines out of his tooth, he nodded and said, "Thanks. Now, who wants to get off this ship? We can either wait til the prison, which I personally don't recommend, find a lifeboat and hope they don't see us and blow us out of the sky, or we take over this ship. Any favorites or other ideas?"
The young woman cannot rush out of the cell quickly enough. "Thank you! I do indeed want out of here!" She glances at the dwarven guard."I just ask that we do not kill him. While he may not be a good person, he is only doing his job and was not cruel about it. Well, not as cruel as he could have been." She looks at those gathered. "What now?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Of course we won't kill him," Liana smiles as she throws the unconscious guard into her former cell. She beckons the lizardfolk out of the cell if he isn't already out and slams the jail door shut. "Well, in any case, pleased to meet you all. My name is Liana, perhaps you've heard of my liberating activities! I hope we can work together and overcome this hardship. I'd vote to take over the ship if we find enough other prisoners, though I think I'd keep violent criminals or any scumbags locked up." Liana will search to see if her mask or any belongings are nearby.
