Flip will use his action to make a duplicate of himself and then move his duplicate as close to the scare crow as possible while trying to stay as far away as he can.
Channel Divinity: Invoke Duplicity
As an action, you can use Channel Divinity to create an illusion of yourself that lasts for 1 minute, or until you lose your concentration (as if you were concentrating on a spell). The illusion appears within 30 ft. of you. As a bonus action, you can move the illusion up to 30 ft., but it must remain within 120 ft.of you. You can cast spells as the illusion, and when both you and your illusion are within 5 feet of a creature that can see the illusion, you have advantage on attack rolls against that creature.

Val goes into a rage! He charges the Scarecrow and the wardrobe and swings his great axe like a baseball bat trying to cleave through the wardrobe and Scarecrow.

Grim charges the scarecrow and slashes at it with his longsword, goading it to attack him.
Attack: 17 Damage: 5
Goading attack on the hit, does an additional 3 damage and he must make a WIS saving throw (DC 14). On failure, the target has disadvantage on all attack rolls against targets other than you until the end of your next turn.
Flip will take a moment to cast spiritual weapon, creating a shimmering golden flail spinning next to the scare crow. A moment later the flail will attempt to slam into the enemy.
Attack: 18 Damage: 10
As the flail slams into the scarecrow the duplicate Flip will work to distract the enemy while Flip fires a shot from his crossbow.
Attack: 16 Damage: 7 (Technically with advantage Attack: 13 Damage: 8 because of the duplicate)
**Kip is standing in the woods shaking his huge squirrel tail :D, while Flint is pointing a heavy crossbow down into a well waiting for a bad guy to get closer, while Flip is staying as far away as he can from a scarecrow :D)

(So for some reason my edit to my attack post yesterday never actually showed up. Showed I had edited, and when I hit edit again the edit text was there, but it wasn't visible in the post. I fixed now. Basically had added Goading Attack wsince the attack hit. All it does in this case is +4 damage since he didn't do an attack that would suffer from disadvantage)
