When asked about the various locations, here's what they tell you:
Sarith: We should travel to Neverlight Grove, and I know how to navigate these tunnels to get there quickly. Intelligent, humanoid fungi live there and provide shelter and safe passage to those who approach peacefully. There's an abundance of food and water to resupply us as well. Surely you'll find the way to the surface from there.
Stool: I don't know how to get there...but it is my home so I really want to go! Please help me get home. I know we'll have food and safe shelter. The sovereigns would know how to reach the surface from there, too!
Buppido: Gracklstugh. We can acquire better equipment and it's where my people are. It's one of the great cities in the Underdark and has passage to the surface. It's farther away than some of the other places, like Neverlight Grove and Sloobludop, so stopping along the way makes sense. That should be our destination if you want to return to the surface.
Shuushar: The closest village to us is my home of Sloobludop and might take us 8 days at a normal pace. It's a fishing village and we're a peaceful people. We may not have the resources to supply you with equipment, although you'll find safety there to prepare for the next leg of your journey.
I like it. Elmo, being a halfling, is asking his fellow escapees if they know anything about whats edible in the under dark. He is wondering how edible giant spider is.
Also, I started this campaign with a light crossbow. I think I dropped it durring our first game when we were figuring out how to utilize equipment. Will I have to do without or may I edit that back into my gear, or will one be provided soon?
Gremryl says “well if you be wanting me opinion, I say we travel to gracklstuh or whatever ye be calling it, by way of the mushrooms village. I have questions that need answering and the path set before seems to have the answers...also, pretty sure the city has a mug of ale or 3 for this dwarf”

Well right now we need a chance to rest up and resupply so I vote for going to wherever is closest that may be able to help us with that. Sounds like Gracklstugh is the place. We ready to move out?
Right, I vote that Gracklstugh be our final destination, by way of the Stool's hometown. We promised to get him home i believe. Also, we have done our rest so we are good now right? I got some spells and did my level up stuff.
Oh! Well if they're all in a line then let's just head for the closes one. Also I'd like to address Elmo and Grem:
"OK, boys, here's the deal. I'm down here for one reason only: to kill drow! **** those black ********!! **** them straight to the nine hells! However, I have met with limited success because, despite my awesome powers, I'm just one sorceress against the might of their entire civilization. I understand that surface dwellers hate drow as much as I do and I was on my way up to recruit some help when I was ambushed and captured. Now that I've escaped I intend to continue my journey topside; maybe seduce a surface dwelling king or prince and have him help me wage war on the darkies. I normally prefer to work alone but the under dark is a dangerous place and you two seem to know how to handle yourselves in a pinch. Care to escort a lady to the surface? We can kill drow and plunder the **** out of them along the way, if you like!
Gremryl strokes his beard... contemplatively ... sizing up Morgana. Then he looks at the halfing.. before responding he addresses the Halfing. He's not just ready to give them his quest, nor commit just yet. But maybe... He's been solo for a long time, so linking up with a team, seams almost a foreign forgotten memory of times past... But maybe..
"and you Halfing.. what ye about? and whats you story down here..."
Elmo looks and Grem and responds, "I got down here on a spot of bad luck... Bad luck and angering the wrong folk. I was fleeing a town who's welcome I had worn out when the caravan that I was apart of was set upon by a band of drow slavers." Elmo switches his gaze to Morgana, "And I don't like the drow no more than you, however my goal is to escape this hellish place and never look back. I wish you luck in your crusade against their kin, and would like to team up to find out escape from this place, but I not the confrontational type if I can avoid it. You two seem to have quite a hatred for dark elves. Im worried that traveling with you two would lead to needless confrontation with the drow, and as a result the possible death of the worlds most attractive halfling."
Elmo laughs to himself, "Then again the odds of any of us escaping this place alone are shite. And we do seem to have a certain chemistry... Oh **** it, (Elmo gets down on one knee), Grem, Morgana, will you do me the honor joining Elmo's band of Adventurers? I promise to be a fair leader" Elmo jokes to his new friends.
OOC - that shit literally made me laugh out loud bro!
At the site of Elmo's performance Gremryl can't help but chuckle. Its been a while since he was with a band he could trust. These two seem of the sort, and hell they got our of a Drow slave camp..
" Me story is a long one, I'll tell it soon enough, I'm down here purging the under dark of evil. It was evil that took from me that what was most important. So I aim to punish those who are guilty.. by any means and Moradins Will. I'll travel with ye, might I get my answers along the way and smite some drow, and anything else that should cross our path.. plus I haven't had a good ale in a while now. So lets be off then, Morgana, Elmo, you gots yourselves a Dwarf! "
At that, Gremryl smiles a toothy grin and gives his morning stars a few twirls..
"oh.. and let us not speak of the poop dive ever again... "
Rested up, you gather your belongings and set out again for another long day of travel. After about half-way through your 'day' you come to a widening of the cave. It looks like just another natural formation yet something seems oddly strange about this one. Then you notice the dim light that infuses the area is somehow a bit...thicker. As you walk towards the center of the open area, from your right side you hear a clanging of steel on rock! Shuushar swings the torch in that direction and you see 3 Orcs staring intently at you all. Some of them have broken fangs, and one of them is shuffling from side to side as if he's gone mad, but all are well-equipped and prepared for battle.
Behind you, a snarl and a loud grunt grabs your attention and you turn to find 3 more orcs! Two of them stand in front of a slightly larger, and arguably more deadly looking orc who begins to speak in Common. "All of your belongings are now mine. Drop everything you have. Or die. Simple choice."
The other orcs in front and behind you start clanging their weapons against their armor as they begin to work up a fevered anger towards you.
What do you guys want to do? And roll for initiative, please.

"Great...between the underage girl and two half sized men we almost make one whole full sized warrior. What the **** could go wrong...."
To the NPCs: "Anything we aught to know about this section of the underdark before we head out?"
Shuushar's village is the closest, so I assume he will say something to that effect.
But to reiterate order of march: Gremryl taking lead, morgana next, with elmo in the rear?
so marching order:
Shuushar, ***** ass drow, gremryl, morgana, stool, buudip or whatever his name is, then elmo bringing up the rear as he's prone to do...
We good gents?

Elmo starts to remove his gear but stops when he notices that his companions intend to fight. Elmo draws his weapon, "Bollocks..." \
