Jack grunts as a claw scrapes through his armor, and not only damages his body, but his life force. “Ugh! What the... these things are starting to get Dangerous.” He takes his rapier (yes, not his sword, but his rapier) and swipes at the arrow-ed creature. “I’ve been meaning to test this thing out. Maybe in here, it’ll be useful. Take this, ye coward!”
Attack: 19 Damage: 5 (add 1 to the attack, I screwed up)
The rapier, although magical, is unfamiliar to Jack, who just misses. (Their AC is 14.)
At the start of Froskan's turn, he opens the Lantern of Revealing. The party is being attacked by the skulk, the soulless shells of travelers who became lost in the Shadowfell, and became so devoid of identity that they turned invisible. In the light of the lantern, they are drab, featureless, hairless humanoids.
There is one skulk in melee range of each party member. (The ones on Jack and Trimyrai were hit by Trim's arrows.) Skulks add necrotic damage when they attack with Advantage. Now that you can see them, you are no longer at disadvantage.
The skulk who was slain is at Reverie's feet. It has the Oghma return crystal in its fist.
There are 15 more skulk: 5 behind the party, and 5 more to the left and right. They were 30' away and closing, but seem startled by the magic light, and are moving away... for now. (When they retreat from the radius of the bright light, they are no longer visible.) The 5 attacking the party are still hostile.

(Since we don't have a map, is it possible for me to hit multiple skulks with snowball swarm or my breath attack - moving if needed as long as I can do it without giving my skulk an AoO - without hitting any allies?)

Isk shouts to Trimyrai, "Trim, grab the crystal while Rev and I take care of these two!" and, clearly seeing his foes for the first time, makes pointed thrusts at them with his glaive.

If the first strike hits and is enough to kill the creature, he'll use his second attack to help out Rev (if her target is still alive).
OoC - He would pick up the crystal himself, but I feel like the Skulk is occupying all of his attention.
It takes both of Isk’s swings to put down his foe, but it is dead.
