As the monk strikes from behind, the half-orc stumbles, causing the follow up to be too short. Unlike his relentless endurance from the start, the brute shows signs of weakening. Taking a bit too long to recover, Graeme gets in a solid slice to the berserker's midsection. The barbarian summons up the energy, huffing and puffing, dashes towards the older sorcerer. Agnes, the large figure towers over your slender form in quite an imposing fashion. Spittle hangs from his unkempt face, eyes portraying an urge to kill.
Rumble and Graeme, take opportunity attacks if you wish. He's taking a dash action towards a more fragile foe. Agnes is front and center with Allen up after. Magic and might has bloodied the seemingly sturdy half-orc.

Seeing the brute making a dash for the sorcerer, Graeme yells, “Oh no ya don't ye great bastard!” and leaps on the back of the Orc attempting to put him in a strangle hold.
Not sure if you need a Dex or Str check... or both.
With preternatural reflex, the tabaxi strikes quick as lightning. Definitively striking a critical point, the half-orc staggers immensely. Graeme rushes in, wrapping the berserker in a choke hold. He struggles for a moment, coughs hard, and seizes. Graeme, a little taken aback by the stark calmness, you can tell Rumble had dealt the final blow. His eyes gaze over, and one last rasping breath exhales passed you ear in a slight laughter.
With that, we're exiting initiative. With another party member, the group comes out of this fight in much better form than their last. Sorry, Graeme. It would've been a Str Athletics v Str Athletics or Dex Acrobatics competing checks. Defender chooses.
Rumble flourishes the spear with a sharp arcing thrust, leaving a splat of blood on the ground and ridding the top of blood. He slowly holsters the weapon and offers a deep bow to his opponent.
Graeme slides off the Orc as he crumples. Standing over the body, Graeme throws Rumble a complaining look.
Pointing at the Orc, he exclaims “Ach! Ya broke em! Aww!”Disappointment clearly written across his face. With a shrug he steps away towards the man that was under attack. “Oh well... By tha way, did tha thing laugh as he was kickin it?”
Getting a look at the downed man, he's breathing but unconscious. He's dressed in dirty leathers and tattered clothes that look twice as old as he, and his dark brown hair an unkempt mess.
Answering Graeme "unfortunately until we rest for the evening I won't know until I pray for new spells." Allen will walk to the unconscious man and perform first aid.

Allen, you look the man over to find he's stable. Just unconscious, but his muscled and lean form is covered with bruises and signs of battle. From the looks of the two, they were likely bandits or of other ill ilk. Ripping a swath from his shirt, you bind his head after discovering some bludgeoning damage.
Rumble appears concerned for the man, doing a thorough pat down. He carried a hidden dagger at his back, and a battered and worn pocket mirror that's tarnished with age. Lastly, you pat his hip and find the jingly goodness of gold.

Rumble pockets the belongings and wonders what this man was doing with a pocket mirror. Does he look particularly well kempt? Perhaps of noble background? Insight: 19
A keen feline eye looks the unconscious man up and down. However, from the ways he's dressed, it's evident that he's likely a ne'er-do-well at best. His sword scabbard and hilt are well worn, and his clothes rough and sullied. If he was from noble bearing, he doesn't possess any documentation, sigil ring, or any indication of such. Rather, his overall gruff attire and battle wear would indicate a hard life.
Graeme, it looks like Rumble and Allen have patched the man up as best as they could. While Allen focused on wrapping his head injury, the monk always to have checked him over well.
Swinging in the opposite direction of Rumbles heel kick, Graeme attacks the Orc with his axe.
