Glynquinal hearing her defiant tone is not impressed. "You support only you. How grand of a life. While you were getting wealthier off of a band of thieves and cutthroats, they were feeding your neighbors to creatures to be eaten alive. I could care less what you think. Ask Mirna to see her husband She might see iour friends that caused no trouble in a much different light."
Ian, you watch the dwarf as she speaks. As far as you can tell, she seems pretty truthful.
The dwarf points a finger at Glynquinal. "Look here, stranger. I don't know who you are. Never seen you before today. I don't know what specific beef you have with the Redbrands, but if I don't make coin, I don't eat. They were makin' trouble in Phandalin a while before they started comin' here regular. I don't want no trouble. The others stayed away, and that's fine, because they had Toblen's place. But you don't know. No one was doin' nothin'. You wanna try to shame someone, go see the Townmaster. He's the one left those thugs alone to run around town for so long." She shuts her mouth, and her eyes become thoughtful. "Unless the Townmaster has finally decided to do something," she says quietly, mostly to herself. "Are you really here to run off the Redbrands? Do you think you can do it?"
Glynquinal responds to the surly dwarf, "If you are interested in earning coin in an honest honorable way (He put a heavy emphasis on honorable) then perhaps one of our companions can offer assistance in drawing in good customers. The rest of us would offer you help to make sure that group of Redbrands don't bother this area again. We will deal with them as soon as we find them."
Turning to the Herr Doktor Professor, "Herr Doktor, would you be willing to offer your services to help her return to prosperity?"
"Again addressing the Dwarven woman, Glynquinal asks, "We may well go see the town master today as well. With the foul deeds that have occurred I wonder what goals he has. Where can we find him?
Ian, in support of the others, tells the woman We have already taken care of a large part of their numbers. There is no doubt in my mind we will rid this town of the redbrand scourge. I know coin is coin, but you must draw a line in the sand somewhere. Our friend here (HDP) can help draw people in, but you must stop serving redbrands here. Are you with us? Do you stand with the town? or are you with the redbrands? you must choose a side...
Glynquinal asks, "We may well go see the town master today as well. With the foul deeds that have occurred I wonder what goals he has. Where can we find him?"
The dwarf opens her mouth to respond when Ian cuts in, "We have already taken care of a large part of their numbers. There is no doubt in my mind we will rid this town of the redbrand scourge. The dwarf looks away, clearly trying to make a decision. She finally looks back. "I don't want any trouble. From anyone," she says. "If you can't deal with those kids either, I'll starve if I tell them to go away. Or worse!" She looks away again. "I heard they killed the carpenter just for standing up for his mouse of a wife." She closes her eyes, then shakes her head before opening them again. "If the Redbrands are still around, no civilized person will come here because they don't want trouble. You may be able to make pretty speeches, but from where I'm standing, you're doing me more harm than they ever did." She narrows her eyes at them again. "Pay for my door and leave, or I'm going to the Townmaster."
Glynquinal tells the Dwarven woman, "Good luck with that. We have Redbrands to deal with, and we will deal with them wherever they are found, your place included."
Done for the moment with the troublesome woman, Glynquinal goes in search of a local shop needing a few supplies to continue the hunt for the Redbrands, and their friend Gundren, along with a wizard somewhere in the mix.
Listening to the party's conversation with the dwarf woman, the Herr Doktor Professor will follow her as she goes to see the Townmaster. He is curious about her statement that the Townmaster was the one who let the Redbrands get away with their crimes for so long.
Glynquinal laughing with Ian, "First things first. I have to find the right kind of shop for what I'm looking for. I'll let you know when I've found it."
Walking along a bit further thinking on his list of supplies Glynquinal adds, "Of course...if some Redbrands happen to make themselves available for a 'conversation', I would not object."
OOC, with my insight roll, do I believe her?

"It is the right thing to do, if it makes us coin as you say coin is coin"
"There is little here we would want or need, it was a haven for the Redbrand so do we destroy it or let it stand and use as bait ?"
"The RedBrands don't stand a chance against us." Graxx says proudly to the dwarf.
Glynquinal responds to the surly dwarf, "If you are interested in earning coin in an honest honorable way (He put a heavy emphasis on honorable) then perhaps one of our companions can offer assistance in drawing in good customers. The dwarf turns and begins marching west up the road. Awkwardly, so does Glynquinal.
OOC: Do the rest of you go with Glyn? Anyone have anything else to say to the dwarf?
Graxx growls and walks into the tavern.
"How much longer ya'll need here? That dwarf was serious. I doubt this Townmaster would side with her but I've been fooled before." says Graxx
With Glyn Rock will go
Ian is with Glynquenal. Lets go hunt down some redbrands!
Listening to the party's conversation with the dwarf woman, the Herr Doktor Professor will follow her as she goes to see the Townmaster. He is curious about her statement that the Townmaster was the one who let the Redbrands get away with their crimes for so long.
Are you all heading back to Barthen's Provisions?
Glynquinal laughing with Ian, "First things first. I have to find the right kind of shop for what I'm looking for. I'll let you know when I've found it."
Walking along a bit further thinking on his list of supplies Glynquinal adds, "Of course...if some Redbrands happen to make themselves available for a 'conversation', I would not object."
The Herr Doktor Professor will follow the dwarf woman to the Townmaster.
Isn't Barthen's Provisions where the townsmaster is?
Glynquinal replies, "I don't know so I'll have to ask around a little."
