Toren makes an AoO (Polearm Master) 27 with a 2-handed strike for 8 bludgeoning damage plus 12 force damage.
Seeing a huge creature balancing on a precarious perch, Toren launches into a series of attacks, striking at it twice with mighty 2-handed swipes before adding a 3rd attack with the haft end of the staff.
1st attack: 12 bludgeoning damage: 9 force damage: 20
2nd attack: 27 bludgeoning damage: 9 force damage: 14
3rd attack: 22 bludgeoning damage: 8 force damage: 16
Toren then... 4 stays where he is, instead of vanishing into another dimension.
(ooc: just curious, when a large creature has to squeeze into a medium space (1 size difference) it suffers disadvantage on attacks and saves I think... what sort of stuff does a huge creature balancing on a medium space (2 size difference) suffer?)
Erriviel counters Eider's counterspell with his own counterspell (at fifth level, because warlock). He is therefore unable to cast Shillelagh (Grianne, int save, and make a DC 16 Con save or Toren's damage will be to your base HP)
Toren makes four powerful swings at T-Rainne, his blows fueled by magic. The first goes into the dinosaur's ribs, the second is deflected by her scales, which the third and fourth both land solidly on its massive torso (If the Mental Prison doesn't end the polymorph, Toren's final strike does).
(@Persuasion, why can’t he cast Shillelagh? He used his reaction for Counterspell, his actual action for Mental Prison, and bonus for Shillelagh. I see nothing wrong with that.)
(Well the way RAW is written is quite dumb, but that's just how it is. You may cast a BA spell and an action cantrip, but not a BA cantrip and an action spell. Therefore, Erriviel would not have been able to cast Shillelagh in the first place after casting Mental Prison.
My [incorrect] thinking was that you could cast an action spell and a BA cantrip in the same turn. Because of the BA spell rules, you cannot cast counterspell on your turn if you have cast a BA spell. So if you cast Sanctuary, for example, and I counterspell it, you cannot counterspell me because at that point, counterspell, by definition, is a non-cantrip spell being cast on the same turn as when you cast a BA spell and therefore is illegal
It's really dumb but that's how it is)
(A better rule might be: If you use your bonus action to cast a non-cantrip spell, you cannot use your action to cast a spell that is not a cantrip. This allows you to action spell + BA cantrip, action cantrip + BA spell, or action surge double spell + BA cantrip, which I feel is a much more logical rule. I might actually make that a houserule after this match).
(That’s.... weird. What exactly stops me from casting Shield of Faith and Counterspell, when I can cast Fireball and Counterspell at the same turn? To me, it makes no sense. But, those are rules.)
Grianne's T-Rex form drops as she is trapped in a Mental Prison, allowing Toren to attack her directly (The AoO still goes into T-Rex HP and is thus negated). She sees herself surrounded by whispering bookcases, and as she reaches for them the whispering intensifies to the point of pain.
(Just a note, Grianne, the boundaries of the mental prison are set up around the space of your T-Rex form, giving you a 15 ft cube to be in. You are still restrained and are suffering all the other effects).
With her spell taking hold, Griannes eyes glint with the gaze of a predator once again. She moves closer to Torena frozen form as her green paralyzing energy surrounds him. As she steps, the water around her seem togather on her robes. Her color begins to fade into translucence. It's as if though her very flesh has been replaced with pure water. Waterainne flows up to Toren, holding her vaguely humanoid form, waiting impatiantly for her change to crush him.
(Wildshape to water elemental and get in as close as possible to Toren)

As Grianne's magic washes over Erriviel and Toren, the first resists the paralyzing tendrils but Toren finds his muscles seizing up as he becomes paralyzed. Grianne's form then expands and liquidates, sliding over the paralyzed wizard.
A treasure chest rises in the center of the arena, it has no visible keyholes (the flag is now available for capture).
Erriviel looks over at Eider, "You've been quite the pest, why don't you go annoy someone else?" and casts Dominate Person (DC 17 Wis save or be charmed for up to 1 minute).
(If Eider fails his save, he receives the command, "Deal as much damage to Grianne as you can")
(Toren, make a Wis save at the end of your turn and roll for blink)
