Nadia pushes forward around the party eyeing up one of the Kobolds (K1.) She lets loose an arrow that pierces the kobold straight through its stomach and exiting the other side.
Ashi charges forward wanting to take out this group quickly so that the don't call reinforcements. Brandishing his rapier he stabs at one of the Kobolds. As Ashi charges the kobold, he starts to sing a plyful little tune, "Sam's got the fists that don't ever miss, with a flick of the wrist and you'll feel there kiss." The rapier goes clean through and you watch as the kobold slumps to the ground.
Sam follows Ashi into the fray with his eyes set on the cultist. With a quick spin and a flourish he drives the mace in the cultists torso followed by a quick elbow to his face. With both hits, you hear bone break and feel the body go limp.
(Think I might have to make these a little more challenging... but I suppose its okay. Would you guys rather have more difficult combats, or achieve more "quests" during the raid?)

Kelvin hops down from Sam's back and presses himself against the nearest building to protect from being surrounded. "Lucky!" He cries, though redundantly, "Help us out here!" His telepathic link directs the owl toward K3. As the owl swoops down, the halfling weaves another ray of frost. Lucky swoops and harries the skirmisher to give a better opening for Kelvin.

A blue beam shoots out of Kelvins hand and streams to the kobold. The ray strikes the kobold and you watch as it begins to loss color in its face. The kobold stands perfectly still unmoving for a bit before crashing to the floor. The last kobold sees this and darts away into the smoke. You can't tell which way it went. (Combat is over.) Linan points to the keep and says "Quickly, to the keep. Governor Nighthill could surely use our help." You all sprint the last 100 ft to the gate, watching as cultists and kobolds and other figures start to close in behind you. You are the last group to enter the keep before the guards bar the gate.
Linan and the other villagers are brought to the hall, while a guard looks you up and down, "Adventurers are ya? Seem to have come at just the right time. The Governor I'm sure would like to speak with you. Follow me, and quickly." And with that you hear the roar of the Dragon as it flies over the keep.

Zack finally Holsters his sword to his back at a stark angle, Nodding to the guard, and, had intentionally falling behind to make sure the people they had helped keep alive till this point, didn't fall in the final stretch. Noting down the name Nighthill.
To the guards question, he'd simply respond Eh... Something like that! And Allright, we're behind you. And.. thanks for keeping the gates open a little longer. Then looking to the rest of the group behind me (Athl: 15), Zack, seeming completely un-winded by the combat or the running, barely even breathing fast, he'd smile, glad everyone was safe. Then, asking Is everyone alright? No bruises? No cuts? What about you? he says, looking to the family, especially the older man who seemed injured.
patting each on the shoulder as he made his rounds, seeming lively as ever as he jogged whether he was moving or not, keeping his heart pumping and patting Nadia's shoulder Heh, sorry about that last part! You O.K? You fired some damn good shots! Perhaps I'll have to get some lessons from you sometime! Good to have you covering our backs! Oh and you all did amazing too! he said, adding the last part, as they moved along. His 'jog' slowing as they followed the guard, and he began to finally relax a bit.

Once again, Dretch will investigate the Kobold and Cultist bodies, trying to find anymore information.
Perception: 9 (If investigation is preferred, subract 2 from the roll.)
To the guards question, Dretch replies, "My companion is right. We are all here for different reasons but with a common goal in mind. Myself, I am here to investigate rumors that the Cult of the Dragon might be behind this destruction and unfortunately, I think those rumors might have some truth. I will need to talk to this, Governor Nighthill." He starts to walk in the pointed direction, leaning on his staff.
Nadia was just glad they made it out of that mess alive, quietly following behind the others to allow them to do most of the talking with a look of indifference. However, when Zack's hand came in contact with her shoulder she scrunched her face and stared daggers at it, but lightened up realizing it was only him. "Don't worry about it, hermoso, it's what I'm best at after all." She says, glancing to meet his gaze for a second as she continues walking with the rest of the group. "And I don't think you need archery lessons, more like sneaking around lessons." She quips with a smirk. "Maybe in return for either of those sessions, you could help me more with learning how to fight close combat, hm?"

He furrowed his brow at the foreign word, not quite sure what it meant, and taking a moment to guess but ultimately failing - however, by the tone of her voice he assumed it wasn't an insult at-least. As their eyes met, now that the heat of battle was over (for now) she would notice his eyes seemed to glow, ever so faintly in the same hue as his irises, a soft blue, barely perceptible, and likely with a long, sordid reason or history behind them. Regardless of anything else, as they walked, he chuckled at her comment Fair enough of a trade, though in my defense, it is hard to sneak around with a sword as big as this! The massive sword probably weighed much more than the average person could handle, much less wield in battle.
Then continuing, as they walked along, But sure! We can do that when things calm down.. though I'll need to borrow a smaller sword from somewhere, unless you have a spare weapon, even if it's just a dagger. ...... By the way, those two moles under your eye? Pretty cute! he'd say with a wink, before falling in line behind her, ever the jump in his step, keeping himself limber. The tone of his muscle showing with every fluid, flexing motion like a boxer just before the bell rings
Zack then heard Dretch's comment, and said Yeah, I was sent here by my mentor, Ontharr Frume to investigate some dragon activity down here.. Looks like I fund a bit more than I expected. Though I do wonder what the governor has to speak with us about.. was he aware we were coming? Even as he said this, his eyes wandered Nadia's form from behind, his position in line was intentional (this time) even if she 'caught' him, he wouldn't look away, he would just meet her gaze with a confident gaze of his own.
Dretch you find a set of robes, and another cult signet. (you can add 2 signets and a set of robes to your inventory.)
The guard leads you up a set of stairs and through a set of double doors. This is the war room of the keep, you see a miniature size model of the town, and a rather tall, slender man in a blue tunic. His head is wrapped in bandages and his arm is in a sling. "Well, well well! If you lot couldn't have shown up at a better time! I saw what you were capable of from the parapets. I am Governor Nighthill." He turns to a stout shield dwarf standing next to him, "and this is Escobert. I have a favor to ask of you. I don't believe the raiders will attack the keep, but we have certainly been surrounded and cut off from the rest of the town. There are people still out there and we need a way to get to them. Would you be willing to help us?"
Dretch listens to the plea of the governor. "I have come all this way to investigate the Cult of the Dragon. If that includes interupting their plans, you will have my help."

Ashi remained silent for the proceeding conversations falling behind the group(Athletics: 10) breathing slightly making a quick check on his pan flute to make sure there not broken. Hearing all the other parties reason for coming. Thinking to himself "i was just here to perform this is much more than i bargained for...glad the families ok..." he listens to Governor with apprehension all but finally makes up his mind " I will do what i can to help governor".
Nadia would give Zack a quick look over once he commented on that sword of his, a smirk tugging at the corner of her lips. Tall, fit and strong... He was a soldier after all. "Esperemos que la espada no compense por otra cosa," She would say, holding their gaze for just a second longer before looking elsewhere. "I'm sure we can find smaller swords somewhere, but first, we deal with the issue at hand." Before their conversation ended, the ranger glanced over to him again in regards to his compliment and wink and rolled her eyes, but her smirk didn't falter. "Thanks."

Zack would give her another quizzical look, one brow raising while the other one would flatten, before he admits rather bluntly Gonna have to say.. I don't speak whatever language that is. But yeah, of course after this is all done! Figured it'd be nice to give us a reason to look forward to, to make it out of it, y'know? A bit of a motivator, aside from doign what needs to be done!
Just as he said that, they reached the Governors chamber, and he fell silent, also falling into habit, he stood straight and at attention, though it was loose, not tense, much like his personality. Listening to what the Governor said. A mixture of expressions crossed his face, as he fell to 'at ease,' Honestly I'm more than happy to help with that, I was kind of worried you might just lock the gates and say "screw the town" so I'm glad you didn't! And I uh.. he said, his hand rubbing the back of his head, ruffling the spiked black hair a bit But uh.... Bah, I'll just say it! If you're the leader of the town, why were you out on the parapets? I mean it's great you saw what we could do and all.. but what if the dragon had seen you and decided he was hungry? You could have been attacked right then and there....
The Governor chuckles at Zacks remark. "What kind of leader hides when his people are in need?! Thank you all for your help." He then looks at Escobert.
The dwarf speaks up, "theres an old tunnel under the keep. It leads to this poin on the stream." He points to a secton of stream "This will prove vital to us getting in and out of the keep now that we have been surrounded. If you lot could clear the tunnel and anything nearby on the river, it would be a great start to ensuring the safety of many other townsfolk."
