I guess it depends on perception, Conor was being quiet but not trying to be completely undetected, he doesn't care whether anyone saw him really as he hasn't stolen anything.
I'm really pleased that you're all getting into character and interacting with each other, everybody who has engaged in conversation this past day can help themselves to an inspiration.
I try to award inspiration for good ideas and good roleplaying, and they don't have an expiry date on them. Therefore it's in your interest not to hang on to them too long, as they don't stack.

So... I know this probably doesn’t matter, but just to try to get those knitty gritty details ironed out that help give a character full flesh: I’ve got this chest in my inventory instead of a backpack or the like. Any issue with making it a suitcase type of thing? Or a trunk? I can’t see any reason it would matter, I was just realizing that I have no idea how Galius carries his stuff lol. A chest as described would be pretty awkward

Sure, you can keep it in the wagons I guess.

Gailus what's with all the charming folk with the tunes?
Galius is a glamour Bard- a bard’s bard. If he’s not playing music, getting cozy with people, and helping his allies find the truth of the world and their lives, he’s not doing much worth doing! Lol
Entertainers get paid, bards look for rewards in a variety of ways. Besides, Galius was well on his way to becoming a priest before this. He’s not a “true neutral” sort of bard looking to come away with a fortune from all this. The stories and the people are more valuable.
Dudes, I know how glamour bards work. What I am asking why he's trying to charm them. So, charming them out of coin and to protect you is your aim? Audience-based cannon fodder?

No. He’s got people who are unfriendly that he’s trying to make friendlier. Talking is a great way to learn more. Right now they aren’t likely to talk to him it seems. He’s not trying to take their money, or turn them into meat shields, holy cow. No murder hobo-ing.
Is the Church of the Warmfather like a unified front? Is there a book that says “kill the elves and their dark god” or anything?
I realized I’m playing a particular role without knowing if this makes Galius an outcast, or a heretic, or just puts him in a different camp from the majority. I’d imagined him as just being in a different camp, but it’s no harm no foul either way.
So the majority of Foarland follow the religion, but the crusades were started by Dawn and Dusk. Those who push for the war are those who are either fanatically worshipping Dawn and Dusk or those who have an agenda that is fulfilled by the war. So people who don't benefit don't particularly care about it, and there are some who even oppose it, albeit under threat from retribution from the church.

Just curious, since Alexia's watching everyone, did she a) see Conor looking at the contents of the chest and b) hear what he said?
Stella Diamant, Human Rogue 17 (Swashbuckler), The Exploits of Misfit Company
Kat, Medtech, Cyberpunk: Red
Shi, Changeling Bard 4 (College of Spirits), Tyrant's Grasp
Dani, Human Artificer 9 (Armorer), Skulls and Starships
DM, Project Point (Teams Scimitar and Longsword)
Everything Else!

Vhon - Level 2 Warlock - What shall become of the Drunken Sailor?
Lyreis - Level 6 Elf Fighter - Eberron: Omega
DM - Dzenda: The Cracks - DM - Dzenda: Whispered Tales
You would have seen him but not heard him.

Bards get paid for these kinds of performances
Lot's of stuff ...

Oh I thought that was clear. Yes.
And I’d put turning them into “audience based cannon fodder” right up there with murder hobo-ing.
