Wensa dives for the storage room yelling “Wensa wand up big dogs! Doors close!” With that she tries to slam the doors shut and work on barricading them.

Wensa is able to leap from the dogs and into the doorway of the storage room. The dogs give chase after Wensa. She closes the door behind her, but the dogs continue. They push on the door, trying to push it open. Strength: 8 The dogs push open the door and stand there, teeth showing.
They look confused as the goblin begins to speak to them. They stop their charging but continue to growl at the doorway. Right now, you're the only threat to them.

The dogs almost take the bait hearing the cat meow, but they're wise to the illusion. They turn for a moment, but they're attention is turned back to you.

You do not get a sense of anything magical in the area.

When he realizes that the guards are no longer downstairs, Jallmur leaves his hiding place.

Jallmur charges out the door with his axes. Now that he has left his Jalbilly facade, Jallmur realizes that "limey ****" was an insult. He is now very angry at the guards (who he thinks are dogs). Jallmur rages.
I'd say that more of an intimidation check, but I love this so I'll give it to you! The dogs move out of the way, but they're still on guard. They remain in the hallway.
Once out in the hallway, you all can hear glass crunching on the ground and a few footsteps slowly coming up the steps of the stairs.
Starts barking like crazy and tries to get the other dogs to run down to attack the intruding guards. "Bark bark let's get 'em for we are good boys, and we will protect our home! Charge!!! Bark bark bark growwl!"

"Big dogs? Maybe Skeekbad helps?" She comes out of hiding and walks towards the double doors. She casts speak with animals and addresses the dogs.

The rope is tied off to a pillar. You figure with enough strength (DC10 + 1 for each goblin on it), you'd be able to lower the lift.

This looks like a storeroom, mostly for ale, wine and some foodstuffs. Nothing would indicate the ring and cloak would be here.
You do not hear any footfalls of guards, but the dogs remain outside the door.
You do not get a sense of anything magical in the area.
