As Henry wakes up on Mule, he grabs his lance, and, (since with the attack action you may draw another weapon) picks up his other one, as mule steps to the right, disengaging. (No AoO since it’s his movement.) Henry proceeds to stab at the cleric with all he’s got.
Attack: 15 Damage: 13
Attack: 11 Damage: 3
(wow.... yikes. Henry sucks at stabbing.)
Mule then runs over to 6I-J.
(I would use bardic, but I doubt I could hit a war cleric with a 14.)

Idomin moves towards Olwin moving him to the shore (Going to assume double movement) setting Olwin down before reading an attack in case anything comes within melee (I'll give rolls now in case I'm not avaliable when/if it happens)

Olwen is already on the shore (and a she, if I'm not mistaken), so I assume Idomin just readies an attack over her body. Picking her up might be an action, but I'm not even gonna look into that since she's already at his stated destination. Idomin would be swinging at a disadvantage due to his own fog, but it wouldn't really matter in this case.
Nirzeg stays in place and drops Henry again with more darts. Arabon isn't down, but he's not looking well.
