"I could get us some tinder and sticks but I don't think any of us has an axe though." Priton says standing up and get Daeirn the dire wolf "Ill also get this one something too, see if he can get anything else to try and wake the giant up."

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Assuming Priton manages to collect some firewood, Hermenor will then use knowledge from his childhood in the woods to help carve the boar (using his daggers), start a campfire (using his tinderbox), and set up the boar to roast.
All the while he'll mumble things like "I hate doing this," "Hunting and dressing game are not for me," "I'd much rather be fishing," "This is one of the reasons I left the woods," and "A man's gotta eat, I suppose..."
Hoping that Ragnir's offer above counts as a help action -> Survival: 12.
Briar back from cleaning up overhears Hermenor mumbling causing her to giggle, looking at the Elf, hands on her hips, "you mean a Giant's got to eat, the boar isn't for us! It's all for the Giant, remember? It was your idea, after all, that prompted me to go out and get myself, all nasty, sweaty and smelly!" If Priton is busy elsewhere then Biar will reluctantly step in and provideHelp where needed to Hermenor otherwise will leave it to Priton.
Ragnir: (to the party) "Alright." Ragnir says to Priton. "If you hate doing this so much, i can take over if you want." Ragnir says to Hermenor while helping. "If the giants not hungry, we might end up eating the boar." Ragnir says in response to Briar's comment.

Priton - you are able to find all the wood needed to make a nice fire, you do manage to find a couple of birds in the area, but the dire wolf eats them before you can get to them. He(?) is quite pleased.
Hermenor and Ragnir - with great efficiency you carve up the boar and have it prepared to go over the fire. As soon as you put it on to cook...
the whole party sees the giant sit up, yawn... look over at you with a confused but simple look “Grl, ik plytou”He stands up to a height that must be 9 1/2 to 10 feet tall. His gullet girth is only outmatch by his stomach that hangs down low. With a bow legged walk his legs swing wide. Though his gut is massive you notice giant legs are huge and solid muscle. He is dragging his burlap sac with him. You now see a giant spear in the other hand, well over 10 feet as well. The foul rot odor you smelled before is amplified with his closer presence, even just ten feet away. His air sac fills with air and in a blink of an eye his tongue shoots out with a low guttural croak. The tongue wraps around and latches onto to boar carcass. The tongue reels back in and he swallows the boar, rope, sticks and all in one gulp. He plops down without even chewing. Drool falling down onto the his chin and gullet. Hair and moss all intertwined. His skin glossy but dry. He reaches in his bag and grabs a handful of dirt and smashed mushrooms and starts chomping.
He looks around to you... seemingly pleasantly docile with the meal he just had. “Tylpa sodek?” ..... “Iyllvyll?”
The first two sentences are lost on everyone because nobody speaks giant, but Briar understands the last phrase is Sylvan.
Briar does not know his Giant tongue, true and hopes that he, the Giant knows more than a few words of Sylvan so that she can try to communicate with him using that tongue as a bridge. Briar moves slowly toward the Giant as she motions the others to stay back and not to make any threatening movements showing him, the Giant, her hands, that she is unarmed as she attempts to speak slowly and clearly to him in Sylvan...
Hermenor is far from being a linguist. He understood Priton in common and Ragnir in elvish, but otherwise stays back and waits for Briar to makes friend with the giant.
OOC: Briar is working on it...will try to do the best she can. All I can say at this point... ;) Once if and when she able to get on good term with them she seeks to translate and try to bring you all into the conversation but until then...
The group can see that Briar and the Giant share a language in common! She continues to motion... you all back... no threatening moves just concentrating on communication with him for now...
After the giant converses shortly with Briar. It stands up to it’s feet and stretches. It squats down and jumps in the air, soaring through and landing thirty feet away. It continues to hop through the forest with bag and spear in hand until you can no longer see it.
Brair motions for all of you let him go in peace as tries one last time to out to him in the Sylvan tongue but makes no move to stop him nor wants any of you to do so.
Seeing him continue on Briar turns to the others after trying one last time to call him to talk more...
She looks at the group and tells them, "I don't know something is up with the giant, something not quite right but I cannot put my finger on it! I did not expect to be so dull or blunt, in a way very sad, almost heart-broken but I cannot be sure. He kept saying something about red tiny people, careless somehow, destroying the trees and the animals. Tainting the trees and maybe the vegetation too that she red tiny people don't care about others or anything else that it is all hopeless or pointless. He is upset, I think, exhausted as if he might be fleeing something or someone, trying to get away, seeing no point in trying to resist whatever it is, whoever it is! Sorry, that is all got and you saw him rush off, best to leave he is not sure whose side we are on so no sense antagonizing him, best to let him go."
(Provided that you weren’t really part of the conversation and got the message through repeated words from Briar. Also given the fact it’s giant and everything is small and you’re not familiar to the area. He could mean anything, sorry)
Ragnir: (to the party) "Thats a good catch." Ragnir says as he sees the dead boar. "If any of you has an axe, i could chop us down some fire wood."

Ragnir will do the same phrase as Priton in; dwarvish, elvish, and gnomish.

The giant ignores both Priton and Ragnir, but looks directly at Briar as he continues to shovel fungi and muck into its mouth. Gulping it down.

Priton will lean on Daeirn and just stare curiously at the giant as it leaves then turn to Briar "So where'd he happen to go?

(can i make an intelligence check to guess at what the "red tiny people" might be [ooc: my guess as a person would be tieflings or kobolds])
